Accommodation:
Bedrooms: Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite.
Bedroom 2 with double bed.
Bedroom 3 and 4 with twin beds (each with room for extra bed on request).
All bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms: En-suite shower room to bedroom 1.
Bathroom with bath/shower over.
Downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin.
Kitchen: Cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with open fireplace, TV, DVD player, CD player/Hi Fi. Dining area seats 8.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen included in rental. Change of linen and towels weekly.

Notes on accommodation:
Air conditioning in all bedrooms (can also be used as heaters). Highchairs, cots and roll up beds available on request.

Outside:
Swimming pool is cleaned and maintained. Private 8x4m pool for sole use of guests. Patios and terrace. Brick built BBQ. Outdoor furniture including sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs.

Coast/Beach:
2 min drive to the sea. Many sandy beaches (public and serviced) within an easy drive. Turtle beach at Alagadi (famous nesting ground for Loggerhead and Greenback turtles) 8 miles away.

Golf:
Esentepe now boasts a 18 hole championship golf course, academy, driving range and club house complete with restaurants, bar, pro shop, spa and fitness centre. (Go to esentepegolfcourse.com for further information about this fantastic golf club). It's a 3 mile drive from our villa.

Travel:
45 mins drive from Ercan airport. 90 min drive from Larnaca airport. Car hire is recommended.

Distances:
1 min drive in to Esentepe village centre. 25 min drive from Kyrenia (Girne). 1 hour drive from Nicosia (Lefkosa).

    • This beautiful villa with private pool is set in an elevated position with wonderful sea views in an area of unspoilt countryside. It is located a 10 minute walk from the centre of Esentepe, a charming village with shops and restaurants nestling at the foot of the Kyrenia mountain range, and 3 miles from the Esentepe 18 hole golf course. A 10 minute walk will take you to the local beach but many other sandy beaches are within an easy drive (including Turtle beach - famous nesting ground for Loggerhead and Greenback turtles). Kyrenia (Girne) is a 25 minute drive West along the coast road. It is the most famous and popular town in Northern Cyprus with its pretty horseshoe shaped harbour, Byzantine castle, rambling narrow streets, shops, bars and restaurants.

    Prices: November - March £300/£350/£400 (up to 4 people/5-6 people/7-8 people) April, May June, October £450/£500/£550 (up to 4 people/5-6 people/7-8 people) July, August, September £550/£600/£650 (up to 4 people/5-6 people/7-8 people) July, August, Notes on prices: Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds based on the number of occupants. Prices negotiable for long winter lets. A deposit of 20% of the total rent charge is payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. A £150 refundable bond against breakages and damage is payable with your balance. This will be returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. Payment by bank transfer or cheque.
