The property is in a rural location, approx 2 miles from the village of Esentepe, just off the new coastal road from Kyrenia to Tatlisu.
There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance or a short drive, The nearest supermarket and butcher are in Esentepe Village.
The coast road takes you to the main town of kyrenia with it's ancient harbour and crusader knights fortress, and you can browse the busy streets for those holiday bargains ( do remember that northern Cyprus is outside the Eurozone)
Further afield you could visit the 11c ruins of St Hillarion castle and take in the spectacular hilltop views of the island.
The property would provide a quiet retreat away from the hustle & bustle of Kyrenia, and yet is a short journey by car to the main sites of interest.

The KORINEUM GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB is a short drive away (8-10 mins) and those Golfers among you will find the 18 hole course very good indeed, for those of you who do not play the Country Club provides a top class restaurant with a la carte menues, and a less formal outside terrace bar menue combined with great views over the course to the sea and mountain backdrop, with a high leval of service from the staff, a day here is a must.

The ACAPULCO BEACH CLUB is about 12mins drive and for a small entrance fee you can use the watersports facilities,
there is also a Casino and entertainment on an evening.

TURTLE BAY (ALAGADI) is a short drive away, this is a protected area as Loggerhead Turtles use it to lay thier eggs, the visitor centre operates from 6pm onwards, and if your lucky and are visiting during late august/september you may see the hatchlings.

A 20% non refundable deposit is required upon booking, The balance PLUS a £100 breakages deposit is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
The £100 refundable breakages deposit will be returned within 14 days of vacating the property, subject to deductions for breakages.

Long term rentals will be considered, terms to be discussed.
