A brand new luxury Villa within walking distance from the new Championship Golf Course. 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms (sleeps 6). 2 bathrooms - en-suite to master on the upper level with a balcony. Very spacious, open plan living with TV & DVD. Views of the Mediterranean and mountains, private pebble beach and plenty of sandy beaches nearby.

Kitchen: Oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, drinking water dispenser. Also includes standard kitchen utensils.

Living Rooms: Two large sofas, coffee table and matching dining room table and chairs (seats 6). TV and DVD player for watching films (no satellite or terrestrial service so please bring your own DVDs, if you want to).

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:Towels and linen provided (not including beach towels).


Outside:
Private 10m x 5m overflow swimming pool with underwater lighting, balcony, landscape garden, large parking area, patios and terrace with night lights. Furniture includes 4 sun loungers, parasol and breakfast table and chairs.

Coast/Beach:
There are pebble beaches with a sandy sun bathing area on the complex and there are sandy beaches nearby - a rental car is recommended. Hang gliding, jet skiing, boat trips, scuba diving and other water sports available at various locations on the island.

Golf:
Approx 500m walk or drive. Korineum Golf and Country Club is a world class 18 hole championship course with mountain and sea views. Also has a driving range, private clubhouse, public restaurant, bar, spa, gym and hotel facilities.

Special interest holidays:
Walking in the mountains is breath taking. Cycling - there are some fantastic routes that meander along the top of the mountains, wrapping around the back of the 5 finger mountain ending at a lovely local restaurant. Turtles - Cyprus is renowned for its turtle conservation. Turtles lay eggs at many beaches on the island, hatching in late summer/autumn. Spa - Turkish baths and spas are available across the island. There is a spa on within the complex and at the local luxury golf course.

Distances:
Esentepe Village is 5 mins away. Private pebble beaches a short walk away. Vogue Beach Club approx 5 mins away. The sea resort town of Kyrenia (Girne) is 15 mins drive with a good selection of restaurants, shops, bars, clubs and casinos.

Booking notes:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent charge is payable on booking either by cheque or bank transfer. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. A £150 refundable bond against breakages and damage is payable with your balance. This will be returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. Confirmation of booking and receipt of payment will be made by email.

Travel
Ercan is nearest airport in Northern Cyprus, a 30 mins drive to the villa, UK to Cyprus via Turkey. You can also fly direct to Larnaca in the south and drive over the border - about 1 hour 15 mins drive. I can help you plan car hire or airport pick ups on request.
