Luxury three bedroom, two bathroom villa with swimming pool and spa on the first floor terrace. Magnificent sunsets. Five minutes walk to a lovely small beach/cove. Table tennis, badminton, short tennis, golf equipment available at no extra charge. Two mountain bikes. Huge library of films, books, games. Every conceivable luxury to make this a holiday of a lifetime! The villa has a large open plan lounge and dining room, large kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, drinks dispenser. Separate TV room, ground floor cloakroom. Three double bedrooms, two with terraces, one with en-suite shower room. Magnificent views of the Mediterranean, mountains and glorious, breathtaking sunsets! The villa is furnished to a very high standard with Laura Ashley furniture, curtains and soft furnishings. Not suitable for children, this is strictly a couples only villa! Outside we have an abundance of sunbeds, tables and chairs. For extra comfort, we have purchased two large swing hammocks which are located on the ground floor terrace. A friendly local bar and one of the finest Indian Restaurants (or takeway) within a two minute walk plus wi fi internet access and no cost.

Three bedrooms, Main bedroom with large en suite shower room and huge terrace, second bedroom with small terrace and two single beds, one adjustamatic single bed with remote control for massage etc.. Third bedroom with double bed. All have built in wardrobes and superb views. Large bathroom on the first floor. Cloakroom on the ground floor.

You have the most amazing beaches, both deserted and lively, there is some of the best scuba diving in the world, there is fabulous boat tours leaving from the harbour, you have Quad bike safaris and for the most daring Para gliding from the top of the mountains.

There are lots of interesting places to visit from Kyrenia town & Harbour to the amazing Belapais village & abbey (A Must see), you have the stunning views from St Hilarion Castle, to the amazing ancient city of Salamis and its stunning ruins. Why not visit the deserted beaches on the Karpaz peninsula (the Pan Handle) and call to see the Ancient city of Famagusta with its walled city and old town. You must see the Ghost town (the original resort of Famagusta which has now been deserted for over 30 years and is a UN Buffa zone between the north and south of the island) you get a great views of the deserted city from Palm Beach, which is open to tourists.

There is air con in all the main rooms except the tv room. The property is equipped to the highest standards, no cheap wrought iron furniture here (that is all you can get in Northern Cyprus), we shipped over all the furniture and soft furnishings, mostly from Laura Ashely.

Everything is here to enjoy a really good holiday, mountain bikes, good quality golf sets, football table, full size table tennis table, short tennis and badminton equipment. In addition a flat screen tv and dvd player with hundreds of films, plus books and games.

The villa is totally unsuitable for children, all the furniture is glass or mirrored glass which looks stunning but not children friendly.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped, cold and hot water drinks dispenser included.

Large paved area with private swimming pool with steps down to the pool. BBQ area. Outside shower. Lots of lovely shrubs and young palm trees.

High Season Price : £675 per Week

£200 deposit required to secure the villa and the remainder 8 weeks before holiday commences plus £200 in the event of damages, this is of course refundable provided the property is left in the same condition as you find it. Also we allow £30 per week for the electricity, anything over and above that is chargeable.
