The apartment is a charming place to stay and is extremely comfortable for 4 people. It has a large open plan sitting/dining/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful roof terrace offering views of the mountains and the sea. The apartment is serviced for your arrival, is fully equipped and has air conditioning in all the rooms to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. There are floor to ceiling patio doors in the sitting and dining areas, with a spiral staircase leading from the dining balcony to the private roof terrace. The master bedroom has and en-suite shower room, extensive wardrobe space and a balcony with views over the pool and landscaped gardens. The brand new gated village complex has unrivalled facilities in North Cyprus and is 500m from the incredible Korineum Championship Golf Course. It has 2 private beach areas, tennis, basketball, shared pool and BBQ area and internet access in the business centre.

				Low Season Price:	£250 per Week
				High Season Price:	£350 per Week

£125 booking deposit with balance 6 weeks before departure. Full amount to be paid if less than 6 weeks before departure. £125 returnable breakages deposit with balance. This will be returned once we have the all clear that there have been no major breakages/damage. Accidents happen, however, so if you break a plate or glass etc. please let us know so that we can replace them for the next guests. Linen and bath towels are provided for an extra fee of £8 per person per week. We do not provide beach towels so please remember to pack them. Cleaning when you leave is included in the rental fee. NB. This is a no smoking apartment, but please feel free to smoke on the balcony or on the roof terrace. Full instructions once you have booked.
