Blue Bay is a new development near the village of Bahceli (Nearest town: Estentepe) about 15 minutes drive east of Kyrenia. The site overlooks the sea, and is 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach. The fully air-conditioned 2 storey apartment has 2 bedrooms (double and twin), The ground floor has a twin bedroom, lounge diner with leather suite, TV/DVD, dining table and chairs for 6 people, and fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher, fill-sized cooker, fridge/freezer) . French windows lead onto a private patio with sun umbrella and patio furniture. The upper level has a double bedroom and bathroom, with an open gallery offering views through arched windows to the sea. The site has a large pool and lovely poolside umbrellas and furniture. There is a gym and indoor leisure area.

    There is an excellent golf course 5 minutes drive from the apartment. Sailing and boat trips are available in Kyrenia. Good swimming at any of the beaches in either direction along the coast. Crusader castles on the hillsides make hiking interesting.
