2 beautiful, fully furnished and equipped, garden apartments situated in a gorgeous small development at Bacheli. Close to the Mediterranean and with stunning views of the Besparmak mountains, and the Mediteranean coast.  
 
The Crystal Bay View development has a fitness centre with gym and a large communal pool. The grounds are wonderfully landscaped and the site is close to where the new marina is currently being built. 
 
Both apartments are only three years old, have full air conditioning, and are available for both short and long term lets. 
 
Each apartment has an open plan lounge/dining area which leads to the kitchen. Both are fully and comfortably furnished and include a television, DVD player, VHS player and Hi-Fi. The full length patio doors offer fantastic views and with the living room's stunning double height, creates a bright, airy atmosphere. Patio furniture and sun beds are provided for the occupants' use. 
 
The kitchen is fully fitted with the white goods you would expect and require, including fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, gas hob and full size oven with extractor fan. 
 
The large master bedroom is situated on the upper level, overlooking the living room, and is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom, with bath and shower, is situated next to the master bedroom.  
The second bedroom is situated downstairs and is furnished with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a shower room on the lower level. Bedding and towels are provided. Own swimming towels required. 
 
A car is essential to fully appreciate the area. 
 
Utility costs are an additional extra depending on usage.

    • Northern Cyprus has a lot of rustic charm, with a lot of historical castles and ruins scattered throughout the landscape. The views along the coast from the mountains are fabulous. There are plenty of isolated sandy beaches and rocky coves to explore.  
     
    The Bahceli area is within easy reach of places such as : Kyrenia Castle, Kantara Castle, Bufavento Castle, St Hilarion Castle, Bellapais Abbey, The Karpas peninsula, Kyrenia Harbour, Famagusta and Nicosia walled cities, Nearby Korineum golf club. 
     
    The apartment is in a rural area close to the sea, with quite a lot of recent property development nearby. 
     
    The climate is warm and sunny all year round, although from December to March it can be cool when in the shade and quite windy. This is the prefect place to relax and unwind.

    • Travel Info: From Larnaca take the Pyla crossing into Northern Cyprus, past Gecitakele airport, and then through the mountains towards Tatlisu, before heading left towards Esentepe and Kyrenia (also known as Girne). From Ercan take the mountain road towards Kyrenia (Girne) and then turn right towards Esentepe and Tatlisu. Crystal Bay View is about 100m from the Bahceli turning on the coast road, on the same side of the road. More detailed directions are available from the advertiser.

    20% Deposit required. Balance required 2 weeks before rental period. Payment accepted through Paypal. Utility charge of approx 50GBP per week is an additional cost depending on usage, paid on site in cash. Special reductions for early and late bookings. If booking more than 6 months ahead of time, or with less than one month's notice then the short term rental rates are reduced by 10%. Long Term rental also available at £300 a month in high season and £250 a month in low season, for minimum of 6 months, or £500 a month for minimum of 1 month.
