This is a bran-new apartment .it is well appointed and very nicely furnished with very spacious L SHAPED kitchen including oven /hobs, large refrigerator with ice box ,dishwasher and washine machine, and as many utensile that could be invisaged .each room is fully air-conditioned [if required] and there is an ensuite bathroom with full shower,wc and basin ..the 2nd bathroom actually does have a bath and wc and basin ..the entire apartment is fully tiled in tranvantine marble .there are 2 patios one outside the master bed[very private] ,good sea views, and the other huge patio is outside the kitchen/lounge and this has stunning mountain ,and ocean views,there is an original stone turkish BBQ with all nec.equipment...50 metres from the swimming pool with kiddies section, 400 metre from the ocean . there are walks in all directions one in particular will take you along the oceans edge into a litle turkish hamlet,called karshieka [beachside]which just happens to have what i beleive is the best and cheapest sea food /fish restaraunt in the whole of northern cyprus !!!called siren yili. the other way will take you through lemon and olive groves .just a short walk away[5mins] is a traditional turk/cyp hotel known as the 'sempati'..great pool,brilliant,bar and restaraunt[i think they show footie on a big screen] and excellent traditional folk night generally on fridays.[about £12.00 per head.including drinks !!!!] close by are the old villiages of lapta and alsanjac ..these are typical unspoilt non comercialised 100 year old villiages with some great cheap eating places. they are a real eye opener!. as far as the complex is concerned there are only 36 apartments all set around a large sparkling kidney shaped pool .i would say that one third are fully occupied , probably between 5-10 are holiday rentals and the remaining would be owned by brits that just come and visit from time to time..so all in all the area is very very quiet all times of the year. very relaxing and peacefull experience.the main places to visit are for sure the 16th century fishing harbour of kyenia,with upteen restaraunts,mosques,cobbled streets .tour boats etc,visit belapais abbey in the mountains or take a drive out to the karpaz where you will find a pristine aquamarine ocean untouched sandy beaces with turtle hatcheries,and wild donkeys and hares.go stay fro a night in a basic beach hotel and the owner will cook for you under the stairs and listen to the waves.. airport pick ups can be aranged both from erchan[£25.00-£30.00) in the north, and larnaca in the south.(£40.00 pick up) the journey from the south larnaca crossing the border is a worthwhile experience ..for tips on how to travel to cyprus depends on where you are starting out from in the uk.but i have all the info on file and will try my best to save anybody money ...an interesting way of travelling there is by easy-jet to istanbul ,stay a night ot two and continue on into erchan via pegasus airlines ,normally about £35.00?

water park just been built quite close by, there are 3 really good beaches where you pay a very very minimal fee,which includes, parking, beach lounges, maybe even includes a drink ? at the sun-set there are rentals available of jet ski ,windsurfers, and quad bikes,banana ski etc just a note ..if you are in lapta on the beach road and you are hungry try a little place called cafe sera ..its right on the water and they say its the best pizza [all hand made] even the base..but the downside is you must not be in a hurry as normally it takes about 45mins !!!!!! and i hope you like cats...but i highly recomend it.........

lapta pines just 400m from the ocean is known as the flagship complex in northern cyprus.only 36 apartments,large pool with kiddies section right in the centre,its surrounded by lawn !!unusual in cyprus.only 8 miles from the 16th century harbour of kyrenia,jewel of the med ,with its 100s of international restaraunts,mosques,old turkish massage parlours,tour boats and just about everything,there are 3famous beaches close by 1.Camelot,2.Escape 3.SunSet..and a few not so well known, lapta is itself a holiday destination [half mile away] with its 5 star hotels, bars and restaraunts and casinos right on the ocean. very close by there is old lapta and alsanjack viliages which have stood still for 50/60 years you could seek a real turkish restaraunt called'cenap'which boasts of a 26 course meze dinner for £8.00!! also try a real lamb kebab ,just superb.or drive the mountain road to the 12th century castle come visit you wont be dissapointed !

rentals start at £175.00 per week in low season and rise to £299.00 at the height of the season ..long term rentals are considered and are negotiable.a £200 booking fee deposit must be paid as soon as possible after the booking has been taken, the balance shoud be paid no later than one month prior to arrival . £150.00 secruity deposit will be held back and will be returned to the rentor immediately after the local agent has cleaned and prepared the apartment for the incoming rentor. thank you .please come visit its unique !!!
