This luxury 3 bedroomed villa is furnished to a high standard and has wonderful sea and mountain views. It is set in a mature garden with beautiful bougainvillea shrubs and hedges. 
The pool ia shielded by lantana hedges, jasmine and bougainvillea giving privacy. There is a very private lower lounge patio for sunbathing and relaxing on. Tables and chairs on patios, sunbeds and umbrellas for pool use are provided. 
 
There is a large lounge with seating for 7 people. TV and DVD player are provided. Access from here goes on to a large patio area. 
 
The equally large kitchen has a table for 5 or 6 people. and is amply provided with kitchen appliances. 
From the kitchen is another large patio area. 
 
The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a double bed. 
Another bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has the use of a family bathroom adjacent. 
The third bedroom has a single bed and again uses the family bahroom. 
All bedrooms have adequte wardrobe space. 
 
All bedrooms , lounge and kitchen have air conditioning. The bedrooms have fly screens allowing windows to be opened if required. 
 
The 9 x 4 meter pool is gated to provide extra safety for children. It is well shielded to give privacy.
