Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful, new 3 bedroom detached villa, with private overflow pool and sea-views, offers luxury accommodation for that special relaxing holiday.
The villa is furnished and fully equipped to a high standard and is situated in an exclusive cul-de-sac, about 350 metres from the sea and 3 miles from Ayia Napa.
A sandy beach, traditional Cypriot Taverna and well stocked local shop are within minutes walk. The magical Water World is 5 minutes drive by car.
The accommodation comprises of: 2 first floor double bedrooms with sea view balconies, bathroom/WC, ground floor WC and shower room, ground floor double bedroom, spacious through lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen.
Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms, and for the comfort of our guests, insect screens on doors and windows. Car parking is provided by a private drive. Airport pick up, hire cars and food packages can be arranged.

The villa is equipped with microwave, large fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, extractor fan, toaster, coffee percolator, electric kettle, TV, DVD, CD, Radio, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, electric heating and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Bed linen and towels are provided. For our guests convenience a Water Cooler is also provided. Replacement bottles are available at the local shop.

Low Season Price : £475
High Season Price : £750 per Week
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking.
The full balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
10% discount will be provided for bookings of two consecutive weeks.
