This 3 bedroom villa, is situated on a quiet complex only a five minute walk to the small sheltered sandy beach at Sirena Bay. The two storey villa is stylishly furnished with elegant finishing touches and attention to detail.  
 
The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area features a TV with SKY satellite (MTV Cable package), DVD player and Playstation 2. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven & hob, microwave and washing machine. The dining table seats 6. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level.  
 
All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the remaining double bedroom and the twin bedded room share the full family bathroom. Each bedroom and the living area are equipped with air conditioning units, which are included in the price. The villa also features a Wireless Broadband Connection, safety deposit box and central heating. 
 
Outside is the 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool and the sunbathing terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. 
 
In a quieter location away from Perneras main beaches and tucked in between two smaller sandy coves, this is a less commercialised area that retains the charm of a small sleepy village centred around a pretty little fishing harbour, whilst being only a stones throw from the bustling main resort. With a couple of restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance and the busy Pernera area with its wider selection of restaurants, shops and bars being only 1.5 kms away. A bus service runs regularly to the areas of Protaras and Ayia Napa. Watersports and boat trips are available from the Golden Coast Hotel Marina.

				High Season Price:	£995 per Week

A deposit payment for all villas and products including any promotional offers is required at the time of booking, once a booking request has been confirmed by the Company. If the booking is made within two calendar months of the date of arrival then full payment is required immediately. The Company will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made by cheque or by bank transfer to our bank account or by Visa/Mastercard or Debit Card subject to a card processing fee. Booking confirmation together with driving directions for the villa will be sent by email or if requested, by post. Where an initial deposit is paid, the balance must be paid within 2 months of the commencement date of the booking, whether demanded by us or not. If this is not paid within 7 days of it being due, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
