Villa Chloe has been the venue for some seriously great holidays over the last four years! Now taking bookings for our fifth year,we feel we know what our guests ( many of whom have made repeat bookings) want, and we aim to provide for every expectation and more. Firstly on arrival you will see the keysafe by the front door. We provide you with the current code, and you arrive whenever is convenient to you. It also means none of your party is ever locked out.
The Villa has a large, open plan, ground floor reception/dining room/kitchen, with a downstairs loo, French windows lead outside to the shady pergola with trailing plants, and a large table next to the barbecue area. Perfect to sit and have a drink overlooking the large private swimming pool. Sunbathe round the pool on a comfortable sunlounger or our bew garden lounge.There is a freshwater shower outside too for chlorine free sunbathing.
The lounge has two big squashy sofas,and comfortable leather chairs to chill, watch a movie or our new large flat screen TV ,or listen to music, either CDs or on the IPod dock. We also have a great library of books, best sellers, sci fi, Cyprus guide books etc, and cards and board games. It is all furnished with contemporary furniture from Habitat, and provided with candles, lanterns etc for a lovely atmosphere.
The kitchen is extremely well equipped: A large fridge freezer,dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob. Masses of china, cutlery, salad bowls, Jamie Oliver saucepans, you can cater for anything, quick pool snacks, or a formal dinner! Either eat at the large oak dining table with seating for eight,if you want a break from the sun, or under the pergola for al fresco dining.
We also have a cupboard full of coolbags, ice packs, picnic plates, plastic cutlery etc for you to take to the beach. Buy your drinks and crisps etc from the supermarket, and take it with you. It saves a fortune!
The villa has shutters on the windows, and sunblinds too, so stays lovely and cool; but for those really sultry days in August there are two big air con units which cool the ground floor in minutes.

Upstairs is also fully air coditioned, we have the master bedroom: large kingsize oak bedstead with a blissfull mattress,white Egyptian cotton sheets,ceiling fan, bedside lights and tables,and huge wardrobes. I also make sure there are tons of hangers, clip and dress type, as I am sure it is not just me who overpacks! Loads of room for shoes, and a large chest of drawers. Also, very important: a large full length mirror to check out your tan.Plus a hairdryer, and I leave a few plasters, little sewing kit etc.
In the main wardrobe there is a security safe, we provide you with a combination, or you can choose your own. We use it for passports, jewellery etc, although Cyprus enjoys an incredibly low crime rate, it's good to feel safe.
Then there is the en-suite bathroom, a large power shower , great big mirror, with socket for electric shaver/toothbrush, and we always provide lovely big luxury bath sheets,and a big hair towel for each guest.
You can sleep with the balcony door open for a sea breeze, or use the air con.
The second bedroom also has balcony access, twin beds, wardrobes and a large mirror, whilst the third bedroom has twin beds,wardrobes and a sea view! The family bathroom has masses of storage for all the suncreams and potions, a bath with power shower and glass screen, and lovely towels.

We are surrounded by lovely sandy beaches, quiet ones, bohemian ones,loud music ones. Some are in easy walking distance,some need transport.We will send you a guide of all our favourite places, with directions and phone numbers, and can arrange taxis, airport transfers,tennis courts, scuba diving lessons.....
Just behind the Golden Coast Hotel is a perfect little Mediterranean Harbour, sit and have a drink watch the fishing boats come in, and book a fishing trip,or an outing on the yellow submarine or the disco boat!
A little further afield, the beautiful Cavo Greko National Forest Park, with its myriad opportunities for cycling, horse riding and hiking is another must-see attraction.Below Cavo Greco is Konnos Bay, with the famous Mike's Watersports for waterskiing etc.
Of course Ayia Napa is famous for clubs, but also has a lovely old monastery, fishing harbour and world class beaches.
All in all, something for everybody!

Villa Chloe is very well located. Situated on the coast road between Protaras and Paralimni,we are within five minutes walk of the beach, two minutes to the nearest bar, with free internet, cocktails and snooker, and supermarket and tavernas, but is still away from noise, crowds and loud music. Sirena Bay,with it's perfect sandy bay is our local beach, and has a fab bohemian taverna. For more bars and restaurants we are only a fifteen minute walk or a three minute drive to Pernera with the famous Knights bar for sports events/karaoke,and many other bars and restaurants.
Protaras with Fig Tree Bay,and Konnos Bay are about ten minutes drive, whilst Ayia Napa is fifteen minutes away. These are all accessible by public transport. The frequent and cheap bus service stops across the road from the Villa.
Paralimni is our local town, fantastic churches and bars in the square, great choice of local tavernas for meze at non-tourist prices.

Low Season Price : £450
High Season Price : £850 per Week

These prices are based on six people. For each additional guest (using the sofabed) we charge an extra £50 for extra laundry and air-con.
A booking will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of £250. The balance will be payable by 8 weeks before the holiday.
All funds are payable by direct bank transfer into our Cyprus bank account.
We will also need a deposit of £250 which can be paid by sterling cheque.This will be refunded within ten days of your return, once the villa has been checked by our Management Team.
We include in our rent a generous allowance of electricity units. We find this enough for ample air-con, but does discourage people from leaving windows open and air-con on. This is one of the few scenarios in which we would deduct from the deposit. For damages, the odd broken glass or plate is inevitable, and we would not charge.
