The breathtaking church of Profitis Ellias stands over 100 meters high and its rolling green hills look over the small resort area of Protaras. The festival of this chapel is on July 20. A two-day festival where stalls and cafes are set up selling traditional Cypriot foods and sweets. The roads in Protaras are of the highest standard with large pedestrian routes ideal for walkers and bikers. For those of you that prefer being closer to nature, there is a wooden path that can be followed around the coast, across rocky coves and secluded beaches where you will find small churches perched high on the rocky landscape overlooking the sea. Pernera is the closest sandy beach. 
 
In the centre of the popular resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa is Pernera beach 200yds from this villa. The picturesque beach of golden sands and moderate waves has been awarded a blue flag for its cleanliness, friendly people and a great place to stay for a relaxing holiday. 
Try one of the numerous boat trips which will take you along the coast to the blue waters of Fig Tree Bay or Cape Greko or experience the excitement of the jet skis, dune buggies or paragliding. Clean, lively and safe nightly entertainment with beautiful souvenir shops and an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes. Paralimni, the nearest town is 5km away and offers larger shops, cafes and bars and is well worth a visit during the day if you need to escape the sun. Ayia Napa is about 10km and is a great place to visit or take the kids to the huge water park and in the evening a great place for the more 'party spirited'. Take a walk and have a drink at the harbour and admire the beautiful coastal scenery.

    Payments and Deposits. A 20% booking deposit secures the property for your holiday dates. The final 80% payment is to be paid 4 weeks before your departure date. Late payment may result in your holiday booking being cancelled. In the event of a cancellation a 50% refund of the booking deposit will be returned if cancelled with 4 weeks or more before your departure date. A cancellation with less than 4 weeks before your departure date will mean no refund of your booking deposit.
