Home description
This is a stylish, luxurious 3 bedroomed villa. Perfect for families. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard in keeping with the villa. The villa has beautiful Italian tiled flooring throughout. You can enjoy a cool dip at any time in the private heated swimming pool. Additional external features include a beautifully landscaped garden and a spacious patio area for dining al fresco (larger than average site). Alternatively family friendly beaches are a mere 5 minutes walk away. Located in the heart of Pernera, all amenities are close to your doorstep. Supermarket, including bakery, 1 minute and a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars 5 minutes. Despite proximity to amenities the villa is in a quiet location.

The villa sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a balcony overlooking the pool. The other bedrooms consist of a double and twin beds. The family bathroom is also upstairs and there is a wc downstairs. On the ground floor there is a beautifully fitted Italian kitchen with all usual appliances, living / dining area with dining and seating for 6. For entertainment we have a 32' plasma TV with surround sound, satellite and DVD.
The Famagusta District
Famagusta district is steeped in history. Roman ruins and early Christian settlements are located in the region. In 1974 Turkish forces have occupied Northern Cyprus and since then Famagusta has been deserted.

Ten km to the south is the popular and very lively resort of Ayia Napa which boasts the largest water park in Europe. It is also known as the party capital of Cyprus. Ayia Napa is easily accessible by taxi or bus.

If you are looking for something different you can visit the Nicosia, the divided city, part Greek part Turkish. It is about a 1 hour journey.

Alternatively try a trip to the beautiful Troodos Mountains - about 2 hours drive. You can ski there in winter and it is cooler than the coastal plains in the summer.

Protaras / Pernera area
The villa is a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Pernera. Amenities include shops, restaurants, bars, car rental. There are 2 family friendly blue flag beaches close by where you can enjoy scuba diving, snorkelling, boat trips or just paddle. There are also some restaurants beside the beaches where, in the evenings, you can enjoy a bite to eat while watching the sunset.

Protaras is a larger resort about 5 minutes drive away. Alternatively you can walk along the shoreline, approx 20 minutes. It has a wider range of shops, bars and restaurants and night-life.
Pernera is about 45 minutes by car from Larnaca Airport . Transfers from airport to the villa can be arranged on request.
