Vacation Rental Description
This lovely detached villa is situated in a quiet residential area in the town of Paralimni, very conveniently located for access to shops, banks, cafes, tavernas, etc. It is approximately 10 - 15 minutes drive from the many beautiful beaches at Protaras or Agia Napa, which makes it perfect for a relaxing holiday for a group of family and/or friends at any time of the year. The villa sleeps 8 very comfortably and is furnished to the highest standards with air-conditioning throughout. On the ground floor, there is a very well-furnished light and airy triple aspect lounge and dining room, with patio doors leading onto terraces at the front and back. There is ample comfortable lounge seating and coffee tables. The oval dining table seats eight and there is a matching wall unit (with games, books, DVDs, etc for guests to borrow). There is a satellite TV, DVD and hi-fi system. The large, separate kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you could need - washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, water-cooler, etc. There is also a downstairs shower-room/wc.
Upstairs, there is one double bedroom with en suite shower/wc and balcony, three twin bedrooms (two with balconies) and a family bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and bedside tables with lamps. A pump has been fitted to increase the water pressure and provide 'power showers'.
Outside, there are extensive sunbathing terraces around the swimming pool, shared with one neighbouring villa, and sun-loungers are provided. There is a private terrace with a patio table and 8 chairs, shaded by a gazebo. A gas BBQ is awailable for you to enjoy al-fresco meals. There is also a rotary line dryer.
We have a local villa manager who looks after the property and makes sure our guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

Facilities
Ideally located in a quiet residential area, the villa is situated just a few minutes walk from a wonderful 24 hour bakery/patisserie as well as local shops, supermarket, banks, etc. The traditional town square of Paralimni with its fountains, cafes and church is 10 - 15 minutes walk, or 3 minutes by car. You'll find plenty of interesting small boutiques, cafe-bars and tavernas in Paralimni. The lovely coves at Kapparis, with their sandy beaches and clear waters, can be reached in 5 minutes by car (ample free parking). The well-known resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa, with their excellent beach and water sport facilities, are within easy reach - only 10 - 15 minutes drive. At night, Protaras offers a tremendous variety of restaurants, bars and entertainment. Ayia Napa is also extremely lively at night, with a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars and clubs.
Activities
Nearby attractions include the fantastic Waterpark in Agia Napa, about 20 minutes drive. The 'ghost town' of Famagusta can be seen from the viewpoint in Derynia, 5 minutes away, or by boat on a relaxing boat trip from Agia Napa, or visited by minibus on an organised trip. The divided city of Nicosia is also well worth a visit as it is now possible to walk across the border into Northern Cyprus and visit Turkish Cypriot places of interest, shops and cafes.
In the villa, you'll find an information folder with maps, leaflets and information on many places of interest in Cyprus (as well as recommended take-aways and restaurants).

Air conditioning/heating is included in the rates. Booking deposit £200. Balance due 6 weeks before rental begins. £200 'breakage deposit' is required which will be refunded immediately after the holiday once it has been checked by our villa manager. All house linen and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis. Please provide your own beach towels.

Our family-owned villa is used mostly by family and friends, but occasionally rented out during the summer to other guests. It is a real 'home-from-home' with everything you could need for a wonderful holiday - from beach mats and a parasol, to coolbags, to a huge fridge/freezer with plenty of storage for all those beers and bottles of wine! Not to mention the barbeque, for making some wonderfully tasty meals. With the pool just a few steps away, what could be better than jumping in to cool off when the mercury starts to rise!
We have lots of favourite restaurants, such as Costaris in Derynea, Karas in Kapparis and the Nappa Taverna in Agia Napa. Cards from all these restaurants are in the vill information folder.
For beaches, you're spoilt for choice - small coves in Kapparis, to the famous Fig Tree Bay in Protaras, and the beautiful sandy beaches in Agia Napa. Nearby, Cape Greko is a famous area of natural beauty, with caves and lovely cliff-top walks.
So whether you want to spend your holiday relaxing by the pool or on the beach, or walking, or visiting places of interest, we can guarantee you wonderful food, a friendly welcome and a fantastic holiday in Tilimni villa!
