Sun Kiss Villa is a luxury 3 bedroom detached villa with private pool, an unrestricted 250 mtr view to the sea, and ideal for a tranquil and relaxing holiday. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, just 3 minutes walk to a sandy cove, with a variety of beaches, including well known Fireman's Bay, just a few minutes walk. Several traditional Cypriot tavernas & good class restaurants all within 5-10 minutes stroll. Well-stocked mini mart 200 mtrs. The villa is open plan downstairs with lounge area furnished with luxurious three seater sofas and satellite TV. Dining area with table & seating for six. Shower-room with basin & toilet. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine & dishwasher. Upstairs comprises a master bedroom, two further twin bedded rooms, a family bathroom, and a fully tiled shower-room. Outside is a private 8m x 4m pool with patio furniture, sun loungers & traditional Cypriot barbeque. The villa is air conditioned throughout plus an open fireplace for any cooler winter evenings.
Sun Kiss Villa is in Blue Water Bay Village which is a small and friendly community, located in the pleasant village of Kapparis on the Protaras coastline, absolutely superb for family holidays. As well as restaurants there are pubs, supermarkets and several other shops and amenities just a few metres away. For those who want to explore, Paralimni and Protaras are just 5 minute drive each and lively Ayia Napa is 15 minutes drive away. Sandy beaches, crystal clear water and a fun and safe family atmosphere, perfect ingredients for a memorable holiday.

    • Linen & house towels are provided. The villa is fully cleaned before arrival. The bed linen & towels are changed weekly together with a further clean of the villa. The villa can be cleaned more frequently at an extra charge which is paid locally. Please Note - beach towels are not provided. We supply you with a food & drink ‘welcome pack’on arrival.

The villa is suitable for couples and families. Bookings cannot be taken for all male or female groups. A £200 security deposit is required which will be refunded on your return less any deductions for breakage or damage. The rates include WELCOME PACK and use of AIR CONDITIONING which can also deliver warm air during cooler winter periods. AIR CONDITIONING should be turned off when the villa is unoccupied to avoid extra charges being incurred. The units are very effective and can reduce the temperature to the required level within minutes.
