The local area offers a great choice of bars, bakery, shops and restaurants (traditional Cypriot, English,Italian & Chinese) all of which stay open all year round, and are within a 5 minute stroll of the villa. Also within 200 metres is Fireman's Cove - the local beach with golden sand and crystal clear water. For the more energetic and adventurous, water sports are available, or tennis on the public courts at the Malama Hotel situated in the next bay along the coast, accessed from the newly constructed coastal pathway. The path goes for miles and is well worth a stroll, from where you will discover many more secluded coves.

Another fantastic day out is a cruise to the ghost town of Famagusta which, before the Turkish invasion of 1974 was the main port of Cyprus.

The villa is ideally located for those who want to 'escape' and just relax, and yet close enough to Protaras and Ayia Napa to benefit from the great night life both places have to offer.

Fireman's beach is only a shorty stroll away, popular but quieter than many others in the area. The highly regarded Konnos Beach, generally viewed as the best beach in this area, is only 2 km away. There are also a host of 5 star P.A.D.I. diving resorts and schools located within 5 to 15 mins drive.

The lively resort of Ayia Napa is only 6km trip,with the largest water park in Europe, WaterWorld.
