Vacation Rental Description
New June 2009. Our own delightful villa occupies a very generous corner plot with it`s own private pool. The villa is situated away from any traffic noise with open farm land to 2 sides and is not overlooked. We have added a pergola to the sea side of villa with `rattan` style furniture allowing the inside and outside space to flow. A further pergola has been added to the front terrace for further enjoyment of our guests. A Cypriot barbecue compliments alfresco dining and 4 sun beds are available for sun worshippers, whilst the area under the pergolas offers the opportunity for some shade in the hot and sunny Cyprus climate. 
 
We have furnished our villa to a very high standard with a leather suite, complimentary dining table and 6 chairs. A flat screen HD ready TV and DVD player to lounge area. We also have a Wii console with `sports` and `resort sports` games and an ipod/mp3 docking station. The configuration of the bedrooms provides en-suite facilities to both bedrooms coupled with a ground floor cloakroom. Both bedrooms have flat screen HD ready TV`s with built-in DVD players and an assortment of DVD`s.

    • We have flat screen HD ready TVs and DVD players to lounge and both bedrooms. We have introduced a Wii console with `sports` and `sports resort` games and an ipod/mp3 docking station for our guests enjoyment. The kitchen is top of the range with integrated appliances and benefits from granite worktops. The washing machine is situated in a utility cupboard in the kitchen area and is an overlarge size. All bedroom furniture is fully fitted and both bedrooms are configurated to offer full en-suite facilities. Our villa also offers a ground floor cloakroom. Our Property Managers offer a complimentary `meet and greet` service in order to familiarize you with the villa and surrounding area.

    Local Activities such as: diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, fishing, ycling, wind-surfing, jet skiing, pedaloes, paragliding, horse riding, mini golf, trampolines, bungee ball, scuba diving and speed boats. 
     
    Sailing is offered by Famagusta District Sailing Club at neighbouring Ayia Triada - Lasers, Catamarans and Windsurfing on offer. You can also crew (www.begafigo.com). 
     
    Dhekella Sailing Club offers RYA sailing (www.dhekelliasailing.com). 
     
    Aquarium - is a great day out for all ages. 
     
    Water Park at Ayia Napa is another fantastic family day out. 
     
    Horse riding at nearby Moonshine Ranch. 
     
    The Camel Park at Mazotos on the other side of Larnaca is poPular with children. 
     
    Markets can be found at Ayia Thekla (Wednesdays), Moonshine Ranch (Saturdays). A large open market at Oriklini. 
     
    A Coast Walkway between Protaras and Penerna.
