Fig Tree Bay and other beaches of Protaras - 5 min drive from villa.
The Cyprus coastline is inundated with beautiful secluded coves and white sandy beaches with crystal clear water, many of which are easily accessible from the villa.

Kapparis is located in between Protaras and Paralimni - a 5 min drive from both. Ayia Napa is a 10 min drive away.

Within 2 mins walk of the villa, Kapparis has several authentic Greek restaurants and a selection of bars and mini supermarkets. Guests are also able to enjoy the amenities of the Malama Holiday Village (water sports and spa) which borders the development. Protaras is 5 mins drive away for its famous beaches, banks, larger supermarkets, chemists and a wider choice of shopping and dining options. Paralimni is also 5 mins away with its beautiful church and main square, shops and street cafes - an authentic Greek town. The bustling resort of Ayia Napa with its famous beaches and fanatastic restaurants and large waterpark is only 15 mins drive away. There are also many golf courses dotted around the island. outside of Protaras. You can even go skiing in the Troodos Mountains, which is only 90 mins drive away.

A £200 non refundable deposit together with completed booking form is required to secure a booking, payment is accepted by cheque,cash or paypal.The agreed rental fee is payable six weeks before the booking date and the initial £200 deposit will be held as security and returned in full after a satisfactory inventory check of the villa and contents when the guests depart.Any extra ordered should be paid on arrival to the managing agent.
