Villa Amber is a spacious and tastefully decorated home away from home. Set in a large landscaped garden with a private pool (8mx4m and illuminated), BBQ, outdoor furniture and sun loungers. The accommodation comprises a large fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms, and 2 additional shower rooms (1 downstairs) complete the accommodation.

A 4 minute stroll to the beach will allow you access to many secluded coves with sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Various water sport facilities are available here, such as boat hire, jet-ski and scuba diving.

It is a 2 minute walk to various restaurants, local tavernas and pubs. Local supermarket is a 4 minute stroll away with a large supermarket 3 minute drive away. Paralimni 2km with a M&S store, Protaras holiday resort with long sandy beaches, water park and family amusements (mini-golf, tennis, etc) 5 minute drive away. Ayia Napa beaches, nightlife entertainment is a 10 minute drive away.

Large enclosed outside area with landscaped garden and outside furniture, including a BBQ, 4 sun loungers, 6 seater table and chairs. The private pool is 8m x 4m and has internal lighting. The garden perimeter is equipped with lights to allow for outside evening entertainment. The villa is suitable for all age groups. High chairs, cots, pushchairs, stairgates can be hired for an additional cost. The private pool is equipped with a child safety net to accommodate families with children.

New golf course is currently under construction in the Larnaca area (35 min drive).
Ski-ing in the winter months in the Troodos Mountains, 45 minutes drive away.

Bike and car hire is available locally. A regular bus service runs to the Protaras/Paralimni/Kapparis area, or taxis are available at reasonable rates.

Within easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, taverna's and bars on Kennedy Avenue, Kapparis, including an excellent Italian restaurant. 5 minute walk to many sandy beaches and coves, with various water-sport facilities, such as boat-hire, jet-ski and diving. Holiday resort of Protaras is 5 minutes drive away, with long sandy beaches and a variety of activities, including tennis, crazy-golf and diving schools. For nature-lovers, Cape Greco Nature reserve and Connos Bay are a short drive away. Ayia Napa is a 10 minute drive away and boasts a large number of attractions and night life.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. At the hottest times of year (July / August) electricity usage may be monitored to ensure that air conditioning is not left on while the villa is empty. Excessive use may result in an additional charge at the owner's discretion. An additional £50 pppw will be charged if party exceed 6. Changeover dates are flexible. Arrangements will be made with you personally regarding arrival and departure times from the villa. 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. Late bookings are to be paid in full at time of booking. Payments can be made via cheque, Paypal or bank transfer. Same sex parties are welcome.
