This well appointed and newly re-decorated villa is in a secluded spot at the end of a private road offering good privacy to enjoy the garden and your own 8m x 4m pool, whilst the local beaches - Malama Bay with its water sports and facilities offered by the adjacent Malama Hotel and the lovely Firemans Beach - are both just 5 minutes walk away. A further short walk along the coastal path will reveal many other quiet and secluded bays all with crystal clear waters.

The main road, situated just a couple of minutes walk from the villa, offers a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants or if you don't want to go out you can enjoy private alfresco dining at the villa, which has a barbeque and full range of outdoor seating (for 6) and dining facilities.

The location of this villa ensures the garden and pool offer an excellent level of privacy for you to enjoy the ample outdoor space. Outside offers a dining table for 6 people, a BBQ and sun loungers to ensure you come home with the all important tan. As the pool is private to the villa there is no lifeguard so children should never be left playing in the pool unsupervised. There is ample off road parking for a couple of cars to the front of the villa.

There are plenty of things to do both in Kapparis and in the neighbouring areas of Ayia Triada, Penera, Protaras, Cape Greco, Ayia Napa and Paramilni. Water sports are available locally by the Malama Hotel and a wider selection are available in Protaras and Ayia Napa.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking (full payment if booking within 6 weeks of the holiday start date), with the balance payable not less than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. In addition to this, a refundable breakages/damages deposit of £250 is required with all bookings, payable before arrival and refunded within 7 days of departure, less any deductions for losses, damage or breakages. At the hottest times of year (July & August) electricity usage may be monitored to ensure that air conditioning is not left on whilst the villa is unoccupied or whilst external doors or windows are open. Excessive use may result in an additional charge at the owner's discretion. Only the guests specified on the booking form are permitted to stay in the villa during your holiday. Any changes must be notified before the commencement of the holiday.
