This is a lovely virtually brand new townhouse in pristine condition in the popular village of Kapparis, It has a balcony to the front and back of the property and is not overlooked at the rear. It is on a new popular complex which has two communal pools, it is set in a quiet area but within walking distance of all the numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is also only a ten minute walk to the local beach which now has disabled access. Slightly along the coast there are also water sports available.By car it is only ten minutes from the nearest large supermarket and also the local commercial town of Paralimni. Approximately 25 minutes away is the popular resort of Ayia Napa with its sandy beaches and excellent restaurants.
Larnaca and its airport is approximately 50 minutes away, further afield is the capital of Nicosia where it
is possible to see the turkish occupied side. There are again numerous up-market bars and restaurants here as well as shops.

This is an unusually spacious house with a large sunny lounge,which includes a good quality sofa bed leading to a large kitchen/diner which is fully fitted with an integral electric oven and hob. There is a dining table in the kitchen area which seats 4, but it also extends to seat further people. Patio Doors lead onto the back balcony which is sunny from first thing in the morning ideal for breakfast, the sun moves round to the front balcony in the afternoon.
Upstairs there are two double rooms with large floor to ceiling wardrobes, One room has a double bed and the other has twin beds, both rooms have air conditioning. There is also a fully tiles bathroomwith a large shower area.
