Paralimni Town centre is a well-stocked, busy square full of shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants amongst other amenities. Three churches dominate the centre of the town and the area in and around Paralimni is scattered with hundreds of windmills. 
 
This luxury apartment is to the top (second) floor of a smart, modern building – facing directly towards the sea, enjoying delightful views from the balcony, lounge and bedroom. There is a lift from the covered parking to each floor.

The bathroom is modern, tastefully tiled and has a shower over the bath. Chromata Lagoon boasts a superb communal area with a large shapely swimming pool with water fall, separate children’s pool, sun beds & parasols, showers and toilets. Plus away from this, a separate children’s play area, all a great advantage over many other apartments in the area.

Enjoy shopping in the boutiques in the town centre where there are also plenty of Taverns serving local and international cuisine. The main focus of this region is a number of beautiful sandy beaches and bays, with crystal clear waters safe for bathing. 
 
Protaras and Agia Napa, for a varied range of bars, restaurants and night clubs are both within very easy reach by car, bus or taxi. The Famagusta region is excellent for Cycling and walking holidays all year round with many areas undiscovered by the usual holiday maker and plenty of places to see & visit.
