This an open-plan and spacious apartment with contemporary designed furniture for maximum comfort and relaxation. The apartment is located 2 minutes from main road where you will find supermarkets, various bars and restaurants etc. Bike and car hire outlets are also available close by. You are 10 minutes walk from a beautiful, coved sandy beach, one of many along the coast here. The authentic Cypriot town of Paralimni is just a couple of minutes drive away and the beach resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa are approximately 10 minutes drive away.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, air-conditioning and a door leading to the balcony. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, fitted wardrobe, air-conditioning. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Please note that although the maximum space for adults is 4, the sofa bed could provide the extra space for 3 adults and 3 young children, or 2 adults and 4 young children.

Bathrooms:
Bath and shower over bath, wc, hand basin, mirror.

Kitchen:
The open plan kitchen includes fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave.

Living Rooms:
The open plan living and dinging room has a contemporary double sofa bed, LCD television, DVD player and coffee table. Patio doors lead onto a private balcony with a table and two chairs. The extendable dining table has 4 chairs.

Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service:
All linen and towels are included. Please provide your own beach towels.

Notes on accommodation:
The apartment has air-conditioning in all rooms and comes as standard. Children are most welcome and if you require childcare services or childcare equipment hire please let us know and we will provide more information.

Accessibility:
The apartment is on the first floor, however there is a lift a few feet from the front door.

Outside:
There is a communal pool with sun loungers, and there is also a children's pool. There are changing rooms, showers and toilets close by the pool.

Coast/Beach:
The local 'Fireman's Beach' is under 10 minutes walk away. There are also plenty of coves along the coast. Protaras Beach resort and the lively Ayia Napa are 10 minutes away by car.

Travel:
The nearest airport is Larnaca Airport and is approximately 40 minutes away by car. Paphos Airport is about 2 hours away by car.

Distances:
The beach resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are around 10 minutes away by car. The town of Paralimni is 5 minutes by car. There are taxi firms and car hire services along the main street, a few minutes from the apartment.

A deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable on booking and the remaining balance must be paid up 4 weeks before the start of your stay. In addition to this, a refundable security deposit (subject to no damage in apartment during stay) of £150 is required at the time of booking.
