Within easy walking distance to excellent restaurants, taverna's and bars on Kennedy Avenue, Kapparis. 5 minute walk to many sandy beaches and coves, with various water-sport facilities, such as boat-hire, jet-ski and diving. Holiday resort of Protaras is 5 minutes drive away, with long sandy beaches and a variety of activities, including tennis, crazy-golf and diving schools. For nature-lovers, Cape Greco Nature reserve and Connos Bay are a short drive away. Ayia Napa is a 10 minute drive away and boasts a large number of attractions and night life.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Discounted long winter lets are available. These prices are based on a party of 4, if the party exceeds 4, £30 pppw will be charged

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to departure. Late bookings are to be paid in full at the time of booking. A security deposit of £120 is requested at booking and fully refundable once keys are returned and apartment is damage free. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure. You must arrange your own travel insurance.
