The development has a communal pool and spacious patio areas for sun lounging. The gardens are well maintained and toiltes, showers and changing facilitiesa are provided around the pool. The pool is kidney-shaped, with a separated shallow section for children.

The Famagusta District is made up of Famagusta town, Paralimni, Kapparis, Protaras, Ayia Napa, Cape Greko and Deryneia. The district is situated on the south-east cost of Cyprus and boasts some of the most beautiful golden sandy beaches and clear blue waters on the island. Cyprus enjoys 340 days of sunshine per year and sunshine is in abundance particularly between April and September, when you can expect the temperature to be 30 degrees and higher. The plentiful beaches and coves provide a refreshing breeze, and evenings are warm and airy.
