Located in the tranquil area of Ayia Thekla, 100m from Potomos fish village a local historic landmark, which is a small and friendly fishing haven. Only a 5 min drive is Ayia Thekla beach and 10 min to Nissi bay and Ayia Napa, there is something here for everyone old and young alike, look further into the town of Ayia Napa and you will find an array of interesting land marks including the medieval monastery in the town square which dates back to the 12th century, stroll down to the harbour and watch the sun set over a glass of wine and a fine meal. This is to mention but a few of the sights ready for you to explore on your visit to this lovely little town. There are excellent amenities which Ayia Napa has to offer, excellent bars and restaurants, endless facilities to keep the children happy for hours, Water World, the largest water park in Europe which is only a 2 min drive away.The villa is far enough out of Ayia Napa for a relaxing holiday but close enough to see it all. The villa has an open plan kitchen with microwave, hob and oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, granite work tops, table and chairs to seat 8 people, leading into the living room which has a leather suite, TV and satellite, DVD player, and C.D player and a feature fireplace. Off the living room is the ground floor WC and shower room and next to that you have the ground floor twin bedroom, which has patio doors opening out onto a veranda. A marble stair case leads up to the 1st floor landing and off this you have the master bedroom with en suite WC and shower room, which has patio doors opening out onto a balcony area with views to the pool and the sea just 100 metres away. Next you have the 3rd double bedroom with en suite WC and shower room, which also has patio doors opening out onto a balcony with pool and sea views. To the outside of the villa there is a fresh water swimming pool for you to cool off in, and sun loungers to relax on, also outside tables and chairs to seat 6 people

A 30% deposit required upon confirmation of booking, full amount payable 10 weeks before holiday date. A refundable £300 security bond is required as a deposit against any damages. This is released within 2 weeks of your return home. Subject to check of the villa. Cancellation fees: Deposit non refundable less than 10 weeks deposit + 40% of balance. less than 6 weeks deposit + 60% of balance. less than 4 weeks deposit + 80% of balance. less than 3 weeks deposit + 100% of balance. A welcome hamper can be provided if required, please advise on booking. No single sex parties under age of 25.If maid service required during your stay please confirm on booking and price will be submitted to you. There are air conditioning units throughout the villa, if you require air conditioning units during your stay confirm this on booking and they will be unlocked for you, We do not charge for reasonable use of the air conditioning units.
