Our Cyprus Retreat villa is situated in the Ayia Thekla area some 300m from the sea. Nearby you will find the beautiful sandy Ayia Thekla beach which forms a sheltered lagoon making it ideal for children. Just a short 3-4 minute drive is Waterworld, the largest waterpark in Cyprus, and only 8 minutes drive is Ayia Napa. 
 
The villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout, both the downstairs living area and the bedrooms are air conditioned. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need. For your enjoyment the villa is equipped with TV, DVD player and a HiFi system. Outside you can relax in the warmth and enjoy meals and drinks on the terrace where you will find a patio table and 6 chairs along with a marble wine table and a large parasol, or enjoy a dip in the large private pool or relax on the sunbeds.

    • Ayia Thekla is a perfect location for those who prefer the privacy and tranquillity of a residential area but still want to be within easy reach of major resorts. Just 5 minutes drive to Ayia Napa and the famous Nissi Beach with beautiful shops and restaurants, 10 minutes away there is the lively town of Paralimni, ideal for shopping, access to banks etc. Just 15 minutes drive away there is the beautiful town of Protaras, a very popular wedding venue, with its cosmopolitan atmosphere, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Fig Tree Bay, with all water sports facilities. Within the same area is the stunning Konnos Bay, also noted for its beautiful sandy beach and water sports facilities, and the very popular beauty spot of Cape Greko. The exquisite clear, turquoise Mediterranean Sea, with its shallow, safe bathing beaches, and striking rocky coastline is an ideal holiday location for all age groups.
