This large first-floor apartment, in a block of only six privately-owned properties, has an expansive covered balcony stretching the full width of the property which enjoys daytime and evening sun - ideal for those hot Cypriot afternoons and those lazy chilled-out evenings. The balcony boasts comfy rattan easy chairs with coffee table as well as a further dining table and chairs. Set back a little from the rest of the properties, the apartment block has no immediate neighbours on any side - it even has a distant sea view to its front! There is lift access as well as stairs to the property and a dedicated parking space beneath the apartment on the ground floor. • Between Ayia Napa and Ayia Thekla there are dozens of glorious sandy beaches large and small and the best of them all is Nissi Beach which is literally only a couple of hundred yards away from the Nissi 3 development.

• 'Water World' is the largest themed water park in Europe - it has a Greek theme with models of ancient Greek gods and ancient buildings - just a 5 minute drive (or bus-ride) from Nissi 3.

• Cycling is an easy option - dedicated cycle paths stretch out even to nearby Paralimni and Protaras!

• There is a huge range of great water sports offered here including waterskiing, paragliding, windsurfing, sailing and canoeing as well as pedaloes, motor and speed boats - even a Bungee-jump over the sea in Nissi Bay as well as a Bungee-pod in the resort centre.
