Golfing Paphos is well placed to access some fantastic championship Golf courses. Three are discussed below with planning permission for a new course slightly north of Kato Paphos awaiting approval i the near future. The Tsada Golf Club is just 20 minutes away and offers golfers a mature 18 hole course. In the summer months due to its height at 550 meters above sea level, the course is cooled by sea and mountain breezes. The course is Par 72 and extends to 6,060 meters. The Secret Valley Golf Club measures 6,120 meters and offers a 72 Par course. The views from the greens themselves are worth a visit just for the panoramic scenery. A little more sophisticated is the Aphrodite Hills Golf Club. This is situated off the main Paphos to Limassol motorway and consists of 6,665 meters with a Par 71 course. The course is situated on 2 plateauxs at 330 meters high which is challenging to the most seasoned golfer.

The crime level is low, the beaches in abundance and the opportunity to visit 2 countries in one now the borders have been opened into Northern Cyprus. A 30 day visa is available at the crossing for anyone wanting to make the pilgrimage. Much of the countryside remains unspoiled and should you choose a car to explore you won't be disappointed. From Skiing in Winter to Sunbathing in summer, Cyprus provides entertainment and activities the whole year round.
