Kitchen: Air-conditioned kitchen includes washing machine, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board, coffee filtre machine and toaster. It is equipped with both plastic and ceramic crockery and glasses, cutlery and a full complement of cooking utensils.
Lounge/dining area: Spacious open-plan. Furnished with a double sofa bed, armchair, TV and DVD player. A bookshelf contains numerous English language books and there are over 30 DVDs ranging from action to children's films. Patio doors lead to rear garden, which faces the pool and sun terrace. Dining area with table and 6 dining room chairs.
Master Bedroom: Double-bed, bedside tables (with lamps, clock-radio), dressing table, a/c unit, fitted wardrobes and en-suite, offering shower, washbasin and WC.
Second Bedroom: Two single beds, a 'Z-bed', bedside table (with lamp), a/c unit and fitted wardrobes.
Family Bathroom: Comprises bath (with shower attachment), washbasin, WC and vanity unit.
Rear Patio: A barbeque is provided in the rear patio/garden, overlooking the pool, as well as a table, 4 chairs and 4 sunloungers with cushions. The front and side gardens are landscaped and planted with mature shrubs. There is a general parking area and, attached to the property, a private parking space.
General: The property is child-friendly with only a small step down to the pool sun terrace and a gate enclosing the rear patio. All rooms have remote controlled air-conditioning.
Cot (including bedding), highchair, pushchair and car seat can be provided for a small charge, payable locally.
Babysitting (evenings only) can be arranged for a small fee, payable locally as can trips to and from the supermarket.
A Cyprus mobile phone is provided to make those phone calls home amazingly cheap.

There are three quality golf courses approximately 30 minutes away by car: Aphrodite Hills, Tsada and Secret Valley. Skiing is available during the winter season in the Troodos Mountains, which are less than an hour's drive away. Cyprus is the only country that can offer both skiing and swimming in the sea within the same day.
Coral Bay, the most famous beach in Cyprus, is about 20 minutes drive away where a full range of water sports can be found. Lara Bay, a nature-reserve for turtles, is approximately a 45 minutes drive away. There is also a beach at Kato Paphos, approx 15 minutes by foot. Also worth visiting and within a thirty minute drive are Aphrodite's Rock (Pétra tou Romioú), Tombs of the Kings (historical burial site), Adonis Baths and Waterfalls (great for swimming and diving off rocks -- the water is said to make women younger and men stronger)

Privately Owned Two Bedroom Apartment (one of only 30 in a friendly complex) is fully furnished with air-conditioning throughout. Situated in Universal Area of Kato Paphos, within walking distance of the Harbour and the Old Town. A taverna and a supermarket are only a stroll away and Coral Bay and the water park are approximately a 20 minute drive.
Mature gardens surround three sides of the property; off-road private parking is provided. For those occasional chilly winter evenings, air-conditioning units can be set to heat the apartment. Walking distance to public transport therefore property would suit those who might not want to hire a car. Transport to and from both Paphos and Larnaca airport can be arranged as can trips to the supermarket--you don't have to lug heavy bags of shopping back! For a small fee, payable locally, we can organise hire of baby equipment.
There is a family bathroom and master bedroom has an en suit.

All prices are per week, quoted in sterling and inclusive of air-con, welcome pack and weekly clean.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required when booking, the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. We also require a refundable security deposit of £100 8 weeks prior to departure. This is fully refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the apartment and return of key and mobile phone.
Highchiar, pushchair, baby car seat and cot are charged at €5.00 per item per day, payable locally. Airport transfers from Paphos Int Airport are €20 per trip (plus €5 if baby car seat required), payable locally -- time restrictions apply. For prices to/from Larnaca, please enquire. Trips to supermarket are charged at €10, payable locally.
