This newly built second floor apartment is situated in a quiet residential area just 2 minutes walk from Kennedy Avenue with its wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and mini-supermarkets. The apartment has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, spacious open-plan living/ dining/ kitchen area and large bathroom with full size bath. Outside, there are 2 balconies with both offering sea views and outdoor furniture. On the top (2nd) floor of this development, there is a lift for your use.

The development has a communal pool and spacious patio areas for sun lounging. The gardens are well maintained and toiltes, showers and changing facilitiesa are provided around the pool. The pool is kidney-shaped, with a separated shallow section for children.

This apartment is ideal for families or couples of all ages. Kapparis is a lovely, uncommercialised area with a great selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The popular resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just 10/ 15 minutes drive away; and the traditional authentic Greek town of Paralimni is just five minutes drive away.
