Main Description
The property development consists of large Villa and smaller barn conversion set on two acres of open countryside and woodland surrounded by vineyards and fields. The large house accomodates 6-8 people for a self catering holiday the house is fully equipped with all utensils required for cooking, a large lounge area for relaxing in and has a large wet room and bath facility downstairs. Large bedrooms are tastefully furnished and a large bedroom upstairs with en-suite is available.The Villa has air conditioning and gas central heating.

At the side of the house is a barn conversion known as the 'Nest' which will sleep 2 people and is rented out seperately to the house and contains all that is required for a self catering holiday.The nest has its own private patio area to the back of the property for privacy from Villa guests.

Set within the garden area is a private swimming pool for use of guests of both buildings.

The area is good for fishing,hiking ,ski-ing (30 mins away). The city of Zagreb is just thirty minutes away where there are beautiful Italian designer shops and the local markets for the flavour of Croatia.The local town is just a five minute car journey away, a small shop for food provisions is a five minute walk away from the house. The local town provides restaurants where a three course meal with wine can be purchased for £10 and the local Pizza houses provide large twenty four inch pizzas for £6 along with many cafe bars where local beer can be purchased for 60p for 0.5l.

A charming and tastefully renovated farmhouse with barn conversion set in two acres of open fields and woodland where the holiday maker can enjoy peace and tranquility whilst lounging by the private poolside. The swimming pool is 9mx4mx1.25m constant depth. The house if fully equipped with all that is needed for a self catering holiday. Air conditioning and heating for comfort and spacious open living for a relaxed holiday environment. With a downstairs bedroom and wet -room with bath and toilet the property is suitable for the semi disabled person. A large sheltered courtyard with BBQ provides an area for both sunbathing and socialising with fellow guests. The price is inclusive of all amenities and utilities at the property and includes linen for the beds, no towels are provided.

Low Season Price : £450
High Season Price : £450 per Week
Villa £450 per week

Nest £250 per week

The cost includes all tourist tax costs and registration with local police department.

10% deposit required to secure booking. 8 weeks before depature final balance is due along with a £100 returnable deposit providing the property is left in good repair, this will be at the owners discretion once the property is cleaned on clients depature and will be returned by post within two weeks of departure.

On booking the Villa/Nest a booking agreement will be issued for the clients to agree and sign with monies, failure to sign will result in the booking being declined by the owners.

Any special arrangements for parties to be held, birthday cakes for special occasions or flowers can be arranged with the owners prior to departure.
