The coast with a gorgeous waterfront restaurant is within a pleasant walk through beautiful counrtyside (700m). There are countless shingly beaches within a short drive, some with excellent water sports and restaurants.
The Tar Golf and Country Club provides a driving range with several holes within 5 minutes walk from the villa.
The house is situated on the edge of the village of Tar, with a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, banks.
Nearest airport Pula (Ryanair) 30 mins drive, Trieste (Ryanair) 90 mins drive. Other airports are located at Rijeka (Easyjet), Venice (Ryanair, Easyjet). Car train from Dusseldorf to Rijeka (DB Autozug). From nearby Porec a catamaran runs to Venice and takes 2.5 hours. Car hire recommended to take full advantage of all the attractions Istria has to offer.

Prices shown for the property are per week in Pounds Sterling. Non-refundable 30% deposit of total rental booking at time of confirmation. Balance payable no less than 6 weeks prior to arrival by cheque or telegraphic transfer. Please note the villa is strictly no smoking, and no pets allowed. Guests should make their own arrangements for holiday cancellation insurance. £250 security deposit required, payable by separate cheque which will be returned if no damage or breakages. Tourist Tax is payable locally at approximately 70p p.p. per day.
