Vacation Rental Description
Villa Gorana offers you the accommodation in 4 apartments at the ideal location just 1500 m from the sea. Our apartments are far away from the city noise, traffic jams, they are surrounded by 1500 m² large garden, in the shadow of the oak trees and pines. The house is settled in private villa suburb.
Apartments Palma and Magnolia are located in separated object, each one with its own entrance and its own 250 m² large garden, and own parking spot.
Apartment Kiwi is located on the ground floor of the Villa mansion with its own entrance, parking spot, playground and 300 m² large garden.
Each of the apartments has its own flower garden, grass plot with benches, desk chairs, parasols and fulfilled children’s playground.
Beaches are spreading out on a 190 km beautiful and indented Istra surrounded coast.
In the near by is the city of Pula, home of the numerous culture-historical monuments, today they are the stage of culture and entertainment.
Therefore Pula is impossible to round during the summer. You can find a lot of contents for both, older and younger persons.
Beside you can enjoy in many beaches, sun and sea, cultural spirit of our town, youth can have a good time in many discos during the evening. Adults can enjoy their free time on many summer-terraces or they can spend their holidays away from the city noise, in a pleasant, silent and intimate surrounding of our apartments

2. APARTMENT PALMA with **** stars (FOR 4 PERSONS)
54 m² with garden terrace, 2 bedrooms (first bedroom with one double bed, second bedroom with two single beds), kitchen, living room, bathroom, air conditioner, TV with satellite link, washing machine, own parking space, park with accessories 250 m², separate entrance, grill shared with apartment Magnolia. Completely new, built and equipped in 2003.
3. APARTMENT MAGNOLIA 2+2 persons with **** stars (FOR 4 PERSONS)
49 m² on the first floor, with two 10 m² terraces, 2 bedrooms (each bedrooms with one double bed), kitchen with dining room, bathroom, air conditioner, TV with satellite link, washing machine, own parking space, park with accessories 250m². Grill shared with apartment Palma. Completely new, built and equipped in 2002.
4. APARTMENT MIMOSA with **** stars (FOR 4 to 6 PERSONS)
98 m² on the first floor, with one 3 m² terrace, 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with one double bed + one single bed, one bedroom with one single beds), kitchen, living room (20 m²), bathroom, air conditioner, TV with satellite link, own parking space, park with accessories 250m². Own grill and separate garden. Completely new, built and equipped in 2008.
Facilities
Our house is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean nature and its specific location makes it the right place where You can relax and have a rest. Those who are fond of Nature can also enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area and discover the variety of endemic plants growing in this part of Istria only ( like olive-tree, fig tree, lavender). Many of You can experience the sounds of birds twittering and singing in the mornings. Besides, together with a comfortable accommodation we have other facilities such as the barbecue in our garden, a safe parking place and, last but not least, our hospitality and the joyful atmosphere of our family.
Activities
The nearest beach is 1,5 km far from our apartments and there you may find different shores (rocky, pebbly and sandy shores), there are also sport and entertainment centers, swimming pools, beach volleys, dancing terraces.
Pula is a very interesting city because it was built 3000 thousand years ago. Many cultural and historical monuments dominate its panorama and represents today the unique setting of various cultural and artistic events. The most famous building made by Romans is Amphitheatre, and lots of other historical buildings like Augustus temple built in the name of famous imperator August. Today Pula is the city which represents the connection between holiday on the beautiful coast with clear seawater, and legends and marks of a successful past. Unpolluted forests and coastlines with clearly beaches and moderate climate are important characteristics for those who prefer a holiday at the seaside.

The above mentioned prices include: • Sheets and towels (changed weekly) Extra paid • Tourist taxes (registration fee and fee of a daily stay) 1 Euro per a person per a day • Heating or cooling system 4/5 Euro per a day depending of apartment • Final cleaning optional 12 Euro per apartment • Daily cost for animals from 6 to 10 Euro per a day • Using wash machine 3 Euro. A one-night stay price is increased for 50%, two and third night stay for 30 %, and the forth night price is normal, like indicated.
