Beautiful restored stone house and studio set in landscaped gardens with private pool and bbq area.The owners studio is available for larger parties and can not be rented separately. Shaded terrace with large wooden table and benches, second terrace with table, chairs and parasol. Outside lighting. Parking for 4 cars.  
The house has 3 large bedrooms with twin beds, wardrobe, bedside units and electric fans. New fully tiled ensuite bathroom to each bedroom with shower wc and basin. 
The house also includes a fully fitted ground floor studio as a fourth bedroom or lounge, inside dining room. 
Kitchen - newly fitted with 4 ring hob and oven,two fridge/freezers. Fully equipped. 
Living room is open plan with satellite TV,DVD and CD player. Sofa and 2 armchairs, log burning stove,doors open to gazebo and pool area. 
Groung floor utility room with WC,washing machine,ironing board,iron and clothes dryer.

    Prices shown are for the house only per week in UK pounds. If you require the studio for a larger party add £200 per week. Minimum 7 nights stay in July and August- minimum 4 night rental may be accomodated subject to availability during other months. Price does include tourist tax but not flights or transfers. 30% non returnable deposit confirms the booking. The balance(70%)to be paid 6 weeks before arrival in Croatia. A deposit of £200 is required on arrival which will be held against any loss or damage and returned following inspection of the property. Receipt of funds confirms booking. You should arrange your own cancellation and travel insurance. Further details on request.
