It is an ideal location for peaceful vacations, a short drive to amenities and cultural experiences. Motovun has an annual music and film festival. Pula hosts international concerts & events, and a variety of trips and excursions depart from Porec (15km away). There is a golf driving range at Motovun and the nearest beach is 15km.  
 
The Studio was once a wine cellar and used to make and store wine. It has an even temperature which makes it very comfortable, cool in summer and warm in winter. It is ideal for a couple, or in conjunction with the house to accomodate extended family groups. 
 
Studio apartment has access for wheelchairs. Guests must have some mobility to use the shower room / toilet. Private walled garden. • Travel Info: Ryanair fly to Pula from Stansted. Thompson fly to Pula from Manchester and Gatwick. Ryanair fly to Trieste every day. Easyjet and Ryanair also fly to Venice and there is a daly boat to Porec. Pula to Pahovici - approx 40 mins. Rijeka to Pahovici - approx 1 1/2 hours. Trieste to Pahovici - approx 2 hours.
