The house is located in a very beautiful quiet area. Moreover, Liznjan is a very nice village and a low allergen environment, perfect for a quiet holiday. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious, the view from the terrace is great. The beach is near-by, close enough to have a nice walk.
Ližnjan (Italian: Lisignano) is a village and municipality in the southern part of Istria, Croatia, 12 km south-west of Pula, 2 km north-east of Medulin; elevation 61 m. Chief occupations are farming and tourism (horsemanship). Ližnjan is located on the regional road Medulin - Sisan.
First mentioned already in AD 990. A partition limestone plate with the indigenous early Croatian ornamentation ("pleter") from the second half of the 10th century was found there. In the Kuje Bay a limestone capital dating from the middle of the 15th century was found, as well as an early Christian lamp with the figure of Jesus Christ - Good Shepherd, bricks with workshop marks, and remains of the walls of an antique building.

Our house, HAUS JADRANKA, has 2 apartments. The ¨Red apartment¨ is suitable for 2+1 person (we have an extra bed in the case of a 3 person in the apartment, or a baby-crib if the child is under the age of 3). The apartment has a bedroom (with a big bed for 2 people), kitchen with a living room, and a bathroom. The towels and bed equipment are included in the price. The apartments also have TV and satellite, air-conditioning, the round terrace, and a parking spot. Guests are not obligated to pay parking or housecleaning.
The ¨Blue apartment¨ is suitable for 2 people. The apartment has a bedroom (with a king size bed for 2 people), kitchen with a living room, and a bathroom. The towels and bed equipment are included in the price. The apartment also has TV and satellite, air-conditioning, a part of the round terrace and another balcony on the other side of the house, as well as a parking place.
We also offer the garden grill with 4 garden chairs. Our house is approximately 1200 m away from the beach and it is situated in a quiet part of the village.
Our apartments are best recommended for people over the age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children and romantic getaways.
