This immaculately-restored house in Vis town offers the perfect base for appreciating the attractions in the town and the surrounding beauty of this unspoilt island.
Overlooking the bay of Vis and the Central Dalmatia islands, the view is stunning!
The house opens, on the East side, on the bay, the island of Hvar and the islands of Central Dalmatia. On the West side is the stone courtyard with a big barbecue, lemon trees and a view on the lush hills.
The konoba, the wine cellar, was converted in an independent apartment. The three other floors, all independents, are reached through the courtyard. The kitchen opens on the courtyard, the barbecue and the big garden table. The konoba and the top floor are also equipped with a mini kitchen.
There are 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms.
The house would be perfect for a family or a group of friends. Each floor can also be rented as individual or a combination of apartments

Located in a quiet surrounding, the house is near the beaches, the shops and the seafront. A few meters away is the ancient Greek Issa, the Roman Baths and nearby the restaurants and terraces of the Riva. Early swim along the monastery is a must!
Also discover the fishing village and the summer nights of Komiža, taxi a boat to the islands of Svetac, Ravnik, and the Blue Cave on Biševo. Tour the vineyards and olives trees; take the wine route and test the local production, with a guide. Explore the crystal clear underwater wrecks with one of the diving clubs, try the small, slow and delicious restaurants inland or on the beach, loose your way among the rosemary hills, encounter forgotten hamlets and their rare inhabitants, reach undiscovered beaches and celebrate every minute of it!

Downstairs, the wine cellar, has been meticulously renovated, as an independent apartment, with a large door opening on a flowerful alley. It includes a quality 160cm double bed, pristine bathroom with shower, a mini kitchen and dining area.
On the top floor: Big balcony with a stunning view! The apartment includes a 140cm double bed, bathroom with shower, a mini kitchen, and there is a smaller terrace with a view on the lush hills and the garden.
Courtyard and first floor: The new well-equipped kitchen, opens directly on the courtyard and the big barbecue. The big garden table welcomes unforgettable dinners under the vine and the lemon trees, deck chairs are available for a siesta or relaxing. Next to the kitchen, a child room, with a single bed, and its bathroom hosting the washing machine.
On the first floor, the large bedroom, is equipped with a 160 cm double bed, sparkling bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided.
