Beautiful landscaped Med. gardens lead directly to a jetty and secluded beach from where you can swim and sunbathe. Front and side covered terraces, ideal for alfresco dining or just relaxing while enjoying the magnificent sea views. Sleeps 8, 4 bedrooms all with sea views, large lounge room with a feature fireplace, modern kitchen and combined dining room. Fully equipped, all mod cons.  
 
The villa has a large air conditioned living room with feature granite floors, beautiful fireplace, two armchairs, two sofas, a satellite 42" plasma TV + home theatre, DVD player, iPod/iPhone docking station and stereo/MP3. Telephone and wireless internet access (ADSL2+), large collection of contemporary films for all ages. 
 
Sleeps 8 in four spacious bedrooms all with sea views, two having access to a large balcony. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, the master bedroom has its own air conditioner and a safe installed to secure your valuables. Two bedrooms have double beds; the others both having two single beds which can be easily converted into extra double beds. Three bathrooms/WCs; one with Jacuzzi. 
 
The villa is surrounded by large gardens with paved paths leading you to a secluded and restful location suitable for reading or simply enjoying the tranquil views. External fire place and separate large BBQ are ideal for lunch or evening under the starts. 
 
The nearest shops and restaurants are in Vela Luka which is only 10 km away. You can eat at plenty of good restaurants - all offering good traditional food with local wine; after dinner, stroll among the bars and listen to local musicians. 
 
You will be renting the entire villa and surroundings on a weekly basis with Saturday as a changeover day. Linen and towels are included as is professional cleaning at the end of each booking. Reliable maid service can be provided on request. 
 

The villa has a large covered terrace and separate gazebo ideal for alfresco dining. A superb modern kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, large split fridge/freezer, 4 ring stove, oven, grill, microwave and large dining table to seat 8. Large outdoor BBQ and external fire place. A large air conditioned living room with feature granite floors, fireplace, 4 armchairs, 2 sofas, a satellite 42" plasma TV + home theatre, DVD player, iPod/iPhone docking station. The villa is right on the beach, with steps leading you down to the sea where there is a little pebble beach and jetty suitable for sunbathing and swimming for all ages. Beach umbrellas/chairs are provided for your convenience. The jetty is also suitable for mooring boats/yachts. Ample parking for two cars. 
 
We also provide 2 double inflatable kayaks and snorkelling masks at no extra cost. The small boat (4.7 meters long) with the outboard motor (Mercury 5 hp) is not included in the cost but it can be hired at the price of 50 EUR/day (petrol is not included).The boat can take about 6 -7 people and can be used for fishing, viewing or exploring surrounding small islands. 
 
Your host loves to cook and, at special request, can supply authentic, homemade Croatian dinners, served to you at Villa Katy for an unforgettable Mediterranean experience.  
 
Reliable maid service can be provided on request at 10 EUR per hour.
