The apartment 4 + 1 75 m2 with total two double bedrooms with lovely sea view and exit to the terrace , a kitchen, two bathrooms, tv-sat, air conditioning, wi fi, large terrace with sitting area for 5 persons and barbecue outside of the apartment.  
 
In the same complex - residential flat there is also one apartment 4 consits of two double bedrooms with lovely sea view and exit to the terrace, kitchen, bathroom, tv-sat, wi fi, air conditioning and large terrace with sitting area. 
 
Both apartments can be rented together or seperate.

    • Povlja is a small fishing village ideal for all those who are looking for tranquillity and peace. The hospitality of the local residents, always fresh fish, fine wines, home made olive oils and unique Mediterranean ambience are guaranteed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Povlja. But also the pleasure to spend an active holiday.

    • We request a 30 % deposit of total price on our bank account. As soon as we get the deposit we will send you the confirmation of reservation in your name. 
    This deposit is not returnable if you cancel your booking within six weeks of your holiday date. 
     
    Change over days can be flexible in low and middle season. 
    Arrival time after 3 pm, departure time by 10 am 
    Towels and bed linen are provided. The property is cleaned prior to your arrival and again after your departure. Towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Please bring your own beach towels with you.

    • Travel Info: Motorway A1 Zagreb - Split, exit number 25 "Dugopolje". Then road Dugopolje-Split - Makarska - Sumartin-Povlja. Access by train Zagreb - Split. Railway station "Split" 50 km. Bus service. Harbour Sumartin 10 km. Car ferry Makarska - Sumartin 10 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bol (BWK) 30 km, Split (SPU) 70 km.
