The apartment is 70 m back from the beach, with nothing between except a few pine trees. Children and adults enjoy the beach of white round pebbles lapped by a beautiful, clean, clear and warm sea.
Sutivan is a beautiful and friendly town with a harbour which is 2 minutes walk along the waterfront. Facilities in the town include restaurants and bars (many on the harbour), shops, car and scooter hire, scuba diving and water sports centre, mini-zoo, gym and boat trips to other towns such as Trogir, Split (both UNESCO world heritage towns), Omis and nearby islands. Coastal walks take you past several secluded beaches in both directions .
The Island of Brac has fascinating towns set around interesting harbours, and sights like the amazing view from Vidova Gora, the highest point in the Adriatic Islands.
We have two terraces facing the sea - wonderful places to sit looking across the sea to the Dalmatian coastline and the mountains behind. The inner terrace is also our summer dining room - wonderful to start the day with breakfast with a view or when sipping an aperitif in evening before heading off for an inexpensive meal in one of the restaurants on the harbour.
The living area has two comfortable sofas and some chairs with a TV and DVD. We also have an extensive library of books for all tastes and some DVDs
The kitchen area is an italian fitted kitchen with dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob and oven.
The bathroom has toilet, shower, washbasin, and washing machine. There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet & washbasin.
With 3 bedrooms, the apartment sleeps a maximum of 8 people.

The apartment is adjacent to the town sports centre, beloti course (similar to petanque) and a five a side football pitch.
