Looking for a relaxed holiday in a very comfortable apartment in tranquil surroundings, with a wonderful climate, warm clear seas, friendly people and interesting places to visit? This is for you! The apartment is 70 m back from the beach, with nothing between except a few pine trees. Children and adults enjoy the beach of white round pebbles lapped by a beautiful, clean, clear and warm sea.
Sutivan is a beautiful and friendly town with a harbour which is 2 minutes walk along the waterfront. Facilities in the town include restaurants and bars (many on the harbour), shops, car and scooter hire, scuba diving and water sports centre, mini-zoo, gym and boat trips to other towns such as Trogir, Split (both UNESCO world heritage towns), Omis and nearby islands. Coastal walks take you past several secluded beaches in both directions .
The Island of Brac has fascinating towns set around interesting harbours, and sights like the amazing view from Vidova Gora, the highest point in the Adriatic Islands.
We have two terraces facing the sea - wonderful places to sit looking across the sea to the Dalmatian coastline and the mountains behind. The inner terrace is also our summer dining room - wonderful to start the day with breakfast with a view or when sipping an aperitif in evening before heading off for an inexpensive meal in one of the restaurants on the harbour.
The living area has two comfortable sofas and some chairs with a TV and DVD. We also have an extensive library of books for all tastes and some DVDs
The kitchen area is an italian fitted kitchen with dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob and oven.
The bathroom has toilet, shower, washbasin, and washing machine. There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet & washbasin.
With 3 bedrooms, the apartment sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
Bedroom 1 - 1 Double bed, 1 Single bed. Spacious room with wardrobes and room for the put-u-up bed suitable for adult or child
Bedroom 2 - 2 Single beds bedside cabinet and wardrobe
Bedroom 3 - 1 Single bed with bedside cabinet and wardrobe
Living room/Bedroom 4 - 2 comfortable sofas in sitting room sleep 2 more people
We have assorted beach equipment such as sun loungers, deck chairs and beach equipment
The apartment is adjacent to the town sports centre, beloti course (similar to petanque) and a five a side football pitch.
Facilities
A spacious, 3 bedroom, ground floor apartment, cool and well equipped. Bought and luxuriously furnished in 2005. The spacious living room has a well equipped Italian kitchen at one end and a comfortable sitting area with 2 stylish sofas and other chairs at the other. Even if the air conditioning is not turned on, the relative coolness of the interior strikes you even on the hottest day. We have two terraces with fantastic sea views across the sea to the Dalmatian coast and mountains behind. The inner terrace is our summer dining room - a wonderful place to sit. The outer terrace always has shaded areas. There is a shower room with WC and a second separate cloakroom with WC and wash basin. The three, well furnished bedrooms have comfortable beds and ample storage space. Consistent with the Croatians’ sensitive approach to development, the apartment is set back from the beach about 70 metres, with a few pine trees between us and the sea.

RATES: Low Season: Weekly rate £ 350.00. Less than a week: £70.00 per night; minimum stay 3 nights Medium Season: Weekly rate £ 450.00. Less than a week: £90.00 per night; minimum stay 3 nights High Season: Weekly rate £ 620.00. During July and August rentals are weekly with weeks starting Saturdays A deposit of 30% is payable on booking. The balance is payable 50 days before arrival Please add to the basic price an additional charge of £12.50 per person per week (or part week) for utilities, linen, towels and cleaning. SEASON DATES: Low Season: 1 Jan to 23 May 2008 & 20 Sep to 31 Dec 2008 Medium Season: 24 May to 11 Jul 2008 & 30 Aug 2008 19 Sep 2008 High Season: 12 Jul to 29 Aug 2008 A security deposit of £200 is payable before occupying the apartment. Please note our agents charge a small supplement for late check-in and Sunday check-in/ check out
