Ouze Mifca means Keep Smiling in Bulgarian and that is what you will do as soon as you walk inside this beautiful house set in the picturesque mountains. 
 
The views across the mountains are breath taking and the sunsets to die for. 
 
Ground floor Apartment:  
On the ground floor is a fully furnished apartment and this can be totally self contained by locking a door,  
it features a double wet room shower bathroom sink and toilet with its own water boiler for immediate hot running water . 
An open plan design with fully fitted kitchen, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dining room table and six chairs.  
Lounge red leather Sofa, this also opens out to make another double bed so you can sleep 4 in the 
apartment if you need to. Doors open out on to the patio deck. 
 
First Floor: 
Kitchen - Dining room - Lounge entrance hall utility room. 
A fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob toaster, kettle, full set of crockery and glassware.  
 
Dining room table seats 8 people in comfort.  
A large fire place is the focal point of this room and we will ensure that there is always plenty of wood to keep the fire going throughout your entire stay.  
Sky TV with DVD player, HiFi and Radio, Large chocolate leather sofa seats 6 to 8. coffee table, glass cabinets and stools 
 
Second Floor: 
Three double bedrooms bathroom and toilet. 
 
First bedroom 
large king-size double bed in oak with an en-suite bathroom and toilet wardrobe and draws and access to the balcony. 
 
The second bedroom 
has a large king-size double bed in oak, with wardrobe and draws and access to the balcony. Shared bathroom and toilet on the landing 
 
The third bedroom 
has two large single beds in oak, wardrobe and draws and access to the balcony. Shared bathroom and toilet on the landing. 
 
Fresh Linen Duvets and towels are provided and changed weekly. 
 
We suggest you take your slippers as outside shoes are not allowed in the house please.

Garden front and back of the house gated off road parking for your vehicle. Maria and Ivan live in the village and are available to collect you from the airport and run you around for the week for a small fee. contact details can be provided. They will also make sure the house is open with a roaring fire for you on arrival. Bedrooms are light and a good size and have solid wardrobes and draws made of local mountain pine. all bedrooms have built in radiators. All the rooms have doors leading to the balcony or patio. All doors have locks.

In the winter everything is geared to Skiing, Snowboarding, Huskie rides and skidooing,  
 
In the Summer you can go on mountain walks or mountain bike in the beautiful pine forests. 
 
There are plenty of things to see and do like the Strawberry caves, the naturally heated spring swimming pools, 44 degrees all year round, or visit the 20 chapels that form a ring around the village of momchilovtsi.  
Both Adults and children will love the Spa, adults can relax and have a massage or a beauty treatment whilst the children swim or go 10 pin bowling. After wards you can enjoy a meal together in either of the two restaurants I recommend the table in front of a roaring log fire. 
 
Amanda Mary can organise hire of motorcycles, Quad Bikes or ATV. 
 
Children can go on summer camps in the mountains and participate in rock climbing, Absailing, River walking, horse riding, camp building, target practice at the sniper school, and lots lots more.

• Nearest Airport : plovdiv airport at 74 kilometers distance;
• Nearest Town : smolyan at 16 kilometers distance
• Travel Info: There are various options for you to choose from when traveling to and in and around Bulgaria. We recommend flying to either Sofia Airport 3hrs drive or Plovdiv 1.5 hrs drive to the house. Rent a car from december to march book a vehicle with snow chains or a 4x4 The roads are well looked after and snow ploughs are out as soon as the snow starts laying keeping the roads clear. We booked a mitsubishi 4x4 between 4 adults for a week including petrol for the week and for £500 which included all the driving around we did including traveling to and from the airport, to the towns, restaurants, nightclubs and the Spa not forgetting the trip to the Ski Factory to buy the latest Carbon Fibre Skis Bindings and Bag for only £250.00 The village is just down the road 5 mins walk where you can buy food, wine, etc. There are some wonderful local restaurants in the village as well.
