Vacation Rental Description
The detached villa stands in large well maintained gardens with swimming pool, lawned areas providing shade and a large patio for sunbathing and al fresco dining. The garden is fully fenced with secure gates and ample car standing for a number of vehicles. The villa is accessed via a large hall with shower room, store cupboard and internal staircase leading to landing, bedrooms and bathroom
The lounge area is spacious and light with comfortable furniture including a pull out sofa that converts to full size bed, arm chairs and coffee table. There is satellite TV and DVD player in the lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a generous supply of crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and cook ware. There is ample workspace and oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and a number of good quality smaller appliances are included. The dining area is directly off the kitchen and has a large dining table and seating for 8 with a door leading to patio area.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a large double bed, with ample drawer and wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2 has two full size single beds, drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 with full adult size bunk beds with storage.
The landing has a large cupboard providing additional hanging space and storage if required.
The full sized pull out sofa bed in lounge sleeps a further two persons if required.
Bathrooms
The upstairs bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Ground floor wet room with shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Both are fully tiled modern bathrooms with mains water and WC.
Hot water provided by electric heater.
