This luxuriously finished rental property was built in 2004 and can accommodate large families or groups, offering spacious accommodation with all modern conveniences including your own private swimming pool to help you enjoy your holiday.

It is a very bright and airy house with an enormous 12x9m living room, excellent modern fully fitted kitchen (including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and breakfast bar), and separate dining area with seating for 8-10 people. There are no less than 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, currently arranged as Master Bedroom with ensuite (own balcony), 1 double with twin beds (Balcony Sea views), 1 Sofa bed with additional twin beds (Balcony Sea views), and one twin bed room. Additionally there is a sofa bed in the Living Room.

At the top of the house is a huge sun terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful views towards Varna Bay and beyond, with the coastline stretching as far as Balchik and the Kaliakra peninsula. Swim in your own pool or just laze on one of the many sun loungers around the garden and admire the panoramic views of the Black Sea, watching the ships and yachts set sail across part of the former Byzantine Empire.
This rental villa has cable TV with English and other language programmes. Additionally there is a DVD player, VCR and a music centre to enjoy. There are a number of Films, TV programmes on DVD’s, video tapes and CDs for English speakers to enjoy during their stay. It is very secure with walled grounds, security system, garage and driveway for two cars.

Galata village is a popular holiday spot for Bulgarians and so has a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars, all of which are extremely low-priced. There are some beautiful sandy beaches sited in the secluded coves just on the doorstep, also with charming little bars and restaurants. Varna City can be reached in 15 minutes by taking a local bus (around 50 pence each way) or taxi. If you want to rent a car to explore further a field we have the best rates available.

This holiday villa is really special, yet is sufficiently economically priced to be within most people’s summer holiday budget and still leave enough spending money to enjoy the entertainments available.

Villa Panorama is located in Galata, a suburb of Varna (Capital of the Black Sea Coast) and is a 5 minute walk to the local village shops, restuarants and amenities.

Varna Airport is about 17 Kilometers away. Varna City is reached from Galata by regular and frequent buses at a cost of 1 Leva (0.50 GBP). The low cost of living is a major attraction of Bulgaria.

Galata and Varna are ideal locations from which to explore the whole Black Sea coastline - St Konstantine, Golden Sands, Albena and Balchik to the north as well as Sunny Beach, Nessebur, Pomorie and Burgas in the south. Alternatively you may just prefer to chill out by your own private pool or take the short 10 minute ride to your local beaches (Veteran, Asparhuvo and Varna) which are serviced by many local restaurants and bars.

Terms and Conditions

Villa hire runs from Saturday to Saturday.

Sheets and Towels changed after 7 days.

Cleaning of Villa commences at 10.00 a.m. on day of departure (alternative departure time from villa can be arranged, if possible, locally).

A damages deposit of £200 will be added to each booking, to be refunded within 14 days after end of stay subject to no damage or excessive incurred.

Payment Terms: £200 non refundable deposit guarantees reservation. Balance payable 6 weeks before start of stay.
Refunds

No deposits can be refunded (except damages deposit).

Refund of balance will not be made for cancellation due to events outside the owners or managements' control. This circumstance is commonly described as "Force Majeure".

Of balance, a 100% will be refunded if cancellation is before 42 days before commencement of stay, and 75% for between 42, and 21 days. After this, unfortunately no refunds can be made.
