The apartment is situated in a brand new comples in a very quiet area. The complex is secure with security personnel on duty 24/7. It is situated mid way between Varna and Golden Sands, both are easily accessable, popular with families and the young alike. For those wanting lots to do, there is something for everyone. The complex has its own swimming pool with poolside bar, restaurant and bar and has an internet cafe. 
The apartment has 3 rooms over 2 floors, 1 room has a double bed, and 2 twin rooms. There are 2 toilet/shower rooms. The kitchen/Diner is fully equipped for 8 persons. The Lounge has 1 x 2 seater, 1 x 3 seater and 1 x chair. The 3 seater converts to a double bed, TV & DVD. There are table and chairs on the verandah. 
St. Konstantine beach is approximately 3km from the apartment, for the fit this is only a 13min walk, for the not so active there is an hourly bus service from the front of the complex which takes approx 4-5 mins to St.Konstantine centre. For anyone wishing to visit Golden Sands, buses leave St.Konstantine, or a taxi can be contacted at the entrance to the complex to take you the 25-30min ride to Golden Sands beach front. Taxi's are very reasonable. Varna is a 20min bus ride from the complex. Varna is a very modern city with dolphinarium, cathedral and many more exciting vocal points, it is also very child friendly.

    • bedlinen, towels, beach towels, hairdryer, sandwich maker, toaster, iron, ironboard are provided. At the end of your stay, the apartment clean and bed linen/towel laundry is included in the term rental. However, if you wish for any laundry/cleaning to be undertaken during your stay, this will be additional which you can arrange with security to be carried out. There is hoover & mop available for personal use if required. There is travel plugs in the apartment for hirer's use.

    • Varna has many restaurants which are very reasonably priced, there is a taverna within 10mins walk from the complex.  
    St.Konstantine has numerous restaurants including barbecue bars with local music encouraging the young to sing and join in with the dancing, there is also a natural spa at St.Konstantine which is very relaxing. There is a bike/go cart track in St.Konstantine which is popular with the younger generation (and the dad's), and for Mum there is a beauty spa where you can go to be pampered. St.Konstantine hotels charge a small fee if you prefer to swim in a pool rather than the sea, they also charge a small amount to hire sunbed/umbrella on the beach. There are numerous eating places on the beach where you can get a midday snack - again these are very very reasonably prices and very good, the hotel on the beach front also has a water slide park, again visitors can pay a small daily fee to use the pool and the water slide.
