The Apartment 
One of a total of 27 apartments distributed across two buildings, with a central private pool. The development overlooks the sea with just a path crossing between it and the beautiful sandy beach. The lack of a road in front of the apartment provides a safer environment, ideal for families and also provides for peace and quiet if desired. 
This type of property is rare in the area as almost all developments are large complexes catering for package holiday companies. The fact that it is primarily used by private owners means that it never feels over crowded and public areas are extremely well maintaned. 
The apartment is spacious, light and contemporary and fully equipped to a very high standard - ideal for a self-catering holiday. It is located on the top (third) floor, benefiting from superb views over the pool, beach, marina and out to the world heritage site, Nessebar. Aside from the quality of the apartment, it has many advantages, the exclusivity, privacy and small size of the development, its beachfront location, with no through road in front of the beach being just a few.

Saint Vlas and local tourist attractions  
Saint Vlas forms part of the ‘Bulgarian Riviera’ and combines a traditional Bulgarian village with more recent apartment developments. The hillside resort has developed as a more upmarket and less crowded alternative to the mass tourism associated with nearby Sunny Beach. The apartment is situated next door to the Neptune restaurant, a traditional Bulgarian restaurant overlooking the beach with a wonderfully relaxed, holiday atmosphere( also catering for more Western tastes). There are also many restaurants locally providing traditional Bulgarian, western or asian food. The newly opened marina at Saint Vlas provides for a more stylish / exclusive night out.  
 
Beaches 
Saint Vlas has several clean white sandy beaches and the marina offers various local boat trips, boat hire and cruises, including trips to Sunny Beach and Nessebar. The sea is non tidal making the water calm and a pleasant temperature. This combined with the fact that the sea is less salty than the mediterranean makes swimming both safer and more enjoyable for both children and adults. 
 
Sunny Beach 
Sunny Beach is located around the bay from Saint Vlas & is renowned for its lively bars, clubs & restaurants. There are also many family orientated activities such as mini golf & street traders offer traditional arts & crafts, portraits & hair braiding at reasonable prices. Car hire is also easy to organise & extremely competitively priced. 
 
Nessebar 
The ancient town of Nessebar, a UNESCO world heritage site, lies on a peninsular 9 km from Saint Vlas, can be accessed by boat from Saint Vlas marina, or by bus or taxi. The narrow cobbled streets are a delight, with old timber buildings, ruined Byzantine churches & ancient monuments. Nessebar offers a romantic setting for an evening meal at one of its restaurants overlooking the sea, with views across the bay to Saint Vlas & Sunny Beach. 
 
Further Afield  
Sozopol, the oldest Greek colony on the Black Sea coast is a beautiful town and Varna, a riviera town, offers many sights and museums. Its most notable attraction is the annual Varnensko Iyato a summer long festival of classical music, folklore and jazz.  
There are also two Aqua Parks,at Sunny Beach & Nessebar both with free bus services.

Welcome pack on arrival. Apartment cleaned once a week, more frequently if required. An extra bed, a cot and a high chair can be arranged free of charge if required.
