The apartment has everything required for a super self catering holiday. It is situated in a complex known as "Etara" within the "Dinevi" resort and has its own facilities such as two pools, beach, mini market and staffed reception. All other "Dinevi" complex facilities are accessible at your disposal.

Next door is a new Garden of Eden development which offers a further choice of bars, restaurants and a beach, which are all accessible and at your disposal.

There are three beaches within walking distance of the apartment.

St. Vlas also boasts a wonderful marina a few minutes walk away or an even shorter taxi ride where there are more shops, restaurants, bars, boats and a late night bar.

As well as the resort facilities the village of St. Vlas is just a 10 min walk from the resort and offers plenty of restaurants, bars and an insight into a traditional Bulgarian Village with friendly locals.

There are regular local buses from the village to Sunny Beach and beyond.

There is also an internet access shop in the village.

The apartment is approximately 30 mins drive from Bourgas Airport and about 90 mins from Varna Airport.

Airport Transfers can be arranged if required.

The busy and lively resort of Sunny Beach is about a 5/10 minute taxi ride or about 20 mins on the local bus. A shuttle bus service is also available within the Dinevi Resort at a small charge. Sunny Beach has many shops, restaurants, night life and a beach where you can participate in plenty of activities and water sports. St Vlas is a more relaxed coastal village but within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of Sunny Beach if that is your preference.

St Vlas also has it's own wellness spa and fitness centre within the "Dinevi" Resort.

Sunny Beach has a main bus station, public transport is very cheap and you can travel pretty much anywhere you wish, longer journeys have comfortable air conditioned modern buses to take you on your journey.

The historical old town of Nessebar is about half an hour drive and a must see on your trip. Trips from Sunny Beach by boat are available to Nessebar.

There is a terrace with table and chairs and sunbeds & parasols down by the pool. A path leads down to the beach and you may also use the beach at the Garden of Eden adajacent to the Etara complex

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a kettle, toaster hob and oven.

The apartment comfortably sleeps six, there are twin beds and a double room (beds can be separated) and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. There is a bathroom with bath and shower over bath, toilet and sink and we also have a second toilet, washbasin.

The complex also has it's own car park.

25% booking deposit is required within one week of booking. Balance payable no later than 6 weeks prior to departure date.
