Bookings A 25% deposit is requested within 7 days of a provisional booking being made. At this point the reservation will become assured. The outstanding balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to the departure date of your holiday. Cancellations All cancellations should be made in writing no later than 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period. Cancellation charges are as follows: 26 weeks or more to departure – Deposit refunded in full 13 to 26 weeks to departure – Deposit forfeited 8 to 13 weeks to departure – 50% of total cost will be charged 4 to 8 weeks to departure – 75% of total cost will be charged Less than 4 weeks to departure – 100% of total cost will be charged Payment can be by bank transfer, cheque or bank draft. Credit card payments are also accepted.
