Immaculate 1 bedroom self-catering apartment in this excellent family orientated complex, in Elenite, over looking Sunny Beach, perfect for summer or school holiday rental.
Situated between Sunny Beach and Elenite and just along the coast from Marina View Fort Beach and Panorama Fort Beach, is Privilege Fort Beach, another impressive front line development. Opened in 2005, the complex has access to its own beach area, metres from the complex, as well as Paradise Beach, a short walk along the shore, ideal for families or a romantic getaway.
Outstanding facilities on site includes a number of swimming pools including a 'river course' flowing through the complex, children's play areas, a gym, a restaurant and bars-there is also a tennis court/football area. The site also boasts its own 'galleon' which doubles up as a restaurant serving excellent grills!
A regular bus service and taxi's link Privilege Fort Beach with Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas.

Is an immaculate apartment, fully furnished and has everything you need for a perfect self-catering holiday.

Kitchen comprises of - Oven, Fridge and Freezer, Microwave and all cutlery and crockery etc.

Lounge/Dining Room - Table and Chairs, Sofabed and armchairs. TV and DVD player with sun and seaview facing balcony. The TV is just for the DVD player, so bring films with you. Local TV Channels are rubbish!!!!

Bathroom - inc. PowerShower and Under Floorheating.

Bedroom - Twin beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers.
